Joan was very thorough in his communication prior to our trip and this led to no mix upschallenges with check in. The space was as per the photos and descriptions and was very clean and neat. We made good use of the coffee machine and cooked multiple meals per day in the kitchen. The bedrooms were very clean and tidy and Joan had very helpfully arranged a cot and high chair for our toddler which was fantastic. The house is very quiet and we had no trouble sleeping due to noise. The AC was useful but it was not real hot enough to be necessary at this time of year. There is a good supermarket just across the road and you are a 15 minute walk up to the old town where there are more restaurants and things to see and do. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and was never really busy. Due to this we only used the pool once but it was nice to have anyway. Overall à fantastic location for our first family holiday away.

A great place to stay. so close to the beach and easy access to the rest of the island. Had a great stay and would recommend! Juan was very responsive throughout the booking and the trip itself. A superb host!
