It is a villa a few meters far from the Mediterranean Sea and the Strait of Sicily, the warmest sea in Europe. There is no need for a car to reach the beach or to go shopping for groceries, to go to the cinema, to eat ice cream or a pizza. And, very close, there is a beautiful "promenade"

But if you get the car, you can reach great nightlife arenas :)

The villa is almost 120sq_mt (400sqf) and has 3 bedrooms: one main one fully furnished and 2 single bedrooms which can be equipped with 2 beds each.
The main bedroom has an a/c. The singles have ceiling fans.

A big living room is available as a common space for the family or even as an 'office space' if you want to spend your time here while home-working.

The kitchen is big enough for 6 persons, have a big fridge: it's easy to cook, Italian spaghetti too :)

There is a separate laundry room with a laundry machine (8 kg), iron. No need for a dryer machine: we have a cheap and green sun to this matter.

Also, we have a solar panel for water: the hot water is not boiled by electricity but by the sun: we would love to cooperate as much as possible to a Green Future.

The Villa is very close to the beach with very, very fine sand, blue sea: all free (don't have to pay to lay down under the sun). But if you would love a 'beach chalet' you can find it a little far from.

The town, once a former fishermen town, is very close as you can reach it by walk: all the most important facilities can be reached by walk: groceries, markets, postal office, bank, pharmacy, emergency point, police.

Of course, you can have by 'feet distance' also restaurants, pizzerias, take away pizza, ice cream shops, souvenir shops, fish shops (by the pier), nightlife facilities

About nightlife, by car very close, you can find an important seaside town famous for nightlife with more restaurants, ice shops and so on

Very close, about 20 km, from a 'cultural point of view, you can find some of the best Barocco Unesco Heritage List cities: Scicli, Modica, Ragusa, Noto. And, of course, restaurants and so on also :))

A bit far, there is Siracusa: the nation of the great man Archimede. Well... he dies, actually. But in this city, once so powerful, it is possible to see some of those ancient heritages.

A little farther, but mostly by highway, there is Catania, If you came by plane, is it supposed to land at the Catania International Airport. Besides aeroplanes, Catania is worth a visit to climb up (most by truck, some by walk) to Mount Etna, the most important volcano in Europe (let's hope he doesn't wake up, honestly!)
