Wir hatten eine Wohnung im 2.Stock. Toller Blick von der Terrasse über die ganze Bucht. Alle sind sehr freundlich. Trotz Kiesstrand kann man gut zu Fuß zum nächsten Ortsteil zum Essen gehen.

Unsere Wohnung hatte die besten Jahre hinter sich. Echt altes Mobiliar, spartanische Ausstattung, Minidusche, Minibad. Das Nachbarhaus wird gerade saniert. Tagsüber echt laut, und viel Staub.

Non mi sono piaciuti i letti un pochino datati L'interno dell'appartamento stile anni 80 La doccia piccolina e con poca pressione dell'acqua

Very nice view from big balcony, comfortable bed.

Walking distance to the beach, just descend the steps on their own property and you will get to a pebble Beach with a bar where you can have a drink and/or a small lunch

There are no restaurants/bars within walking distance. Only reachable by car in the next village.

Direct access to the beach. Nice view from the apartment's terrace. Parking.

The facility was beautiful and the residence was impeccably clean. Plenty of amenities. The access to the beach was great and the staff was super amazing! Thank you Edith, Francesco, Vitorio, and Gigi, you all made our stay great!

All was well! We are a grown family of 5 could have used a little more room but the price was great and the facility was perfect.

•The lovely view of the sea •Location was great for visiting the island. It’s at the cross roads to the North, East and West parts of the Elba. 20-minute drive to/from the ferry in Portoferraio 20 minute drive to Porta Azura 20 minute drive to Marina de Campo •Private beach •Large Patio (we were on the 2nd floor) made dining outside wonderful and also plenty of place to dry wash. •Kitchenette was fully furnished with every possible utensil/dish you need. It had great refrigerator and stove top. •There is a nice walking (or running) trail just south of the beach along the nearby peninsula.

The office hours are limited to check-out and check-in times. Have all the info you need when checking in and I suggest paying when you arrive so if you are traveling around the island you don't have to worry about returning to pay during those specific hours.

It has its own private beach and a bar. You can rent an umbrella with 2 sunbeds for 25€ for the day. We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed the beautiful views.
