Amazing villa and just was very helpful and kind .

Quite location

Stayed in the villa a few times now. Very clean and comfortable, great location

Pros - lovely ,spacious, clean and beautiful villa ,in a quiet neighbourhood . Semi-cons- very noisy ,building work , of a big hotel one road away ,(no warning by management company) should stop soon , nearly finished. Cons- 1.Pool way too small for the number of villas it services. 2.the address given is incorrect and the villa is nearly half a mile further away from the centre of PDC than the map suggests . 3.The managment company are a total disaster . when we arrived , we could not gain access to the property because of a locked gate. Without a mobile phone ,we would have been stuck outside for 7 days. When we made contact with the management company , we were told that ,we would have to wait outside on the street, for 45m ,whilst they travelled over to let us in , or ,they asked me ,at 56yrs of age , if , i could climb over the 4ft fence to gain entry to the key box , an absolute disgrace. 4.-whilst in the villa ,i recieved an email from the management company , asking , would i be vacating at 10am or before 10am on the day of departure? even though we had booked the villa until 11am . i , had to involve VRBO customer services to resolve this , which they did immediately, we left at 11am. We have never recieved ,any form of appology . DO NOT TRUST THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY
