The owners are extremely friendly, helpful and hospitable. The location is very central just a few minutes from the old town.

Great little oasis just up the creek from the Crooked Bridge! Hard to find but so worth the effort. The room was beautifully decorated with a nice balcony overlooking a shaded garden. The room had a fridge but we also had access to a community kitchen. Private parking spot nearby. Beautiful pool too!
It was perfect for us. We stayed an extra day!

The host went our of her way to help us. We arrived at about 11pm and she waited up for us. Also her husband called a taxi for us to return to the bus station. He kindly carried my luggage. Our hostess offered to help us with washing clothes and provided soap, wash pan, drying rack etc. and she stayed in touch by text/WhatsApp regularly. Her answers were immediate to our requests. She even provided a bottle of wine for us since it was our 50th anniversary.
The property was pretty amazing since some of the rooms were actually built over a river. There is a nice pool area but it was too cool for us to enjoy. The room could use a refresh; perhaps a fresh coat of paint would make a big difference. A shower curtain in the tub area would be nice. Brighter/more lighting in the room would help.

Really great stay at Villa Botticelli! The property is conveniently located right next to Old Town Mostar, and is a comfortable place to unwind and relax! (The pool was awesome)! The room was cozy, clean, and spacious! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming too! All around fabulous!
