Very well equipped with everything needed and more. A real home from home and we would definitely return and have recommended to friends and family. Good for a family break at the coast.

Unfortunately slight accident with one of your wine glasses but have replaced with a set of 4 similar ones we got in a set from habitat they are slightly bigger but hope this is ok. Lovely property saw a mother duck and chicks walk past the patio doors on several occasions. Only negative thing was there are what looks like dog poo bags left under the bushes by someone did not remove as these were not left by us and thought you may want to see these for yourselves its the first patio door they are opposite there. Clean very well decorated with a beautiful bathroom. The biscuits were a lovely touch along with the tea
