Absolutely everything. Loved the outdoor space , barbecue area, lovely big dining table. Beds were comfortable, log fire , living rooms very cosy. Good location. We found getting in touch with someone was a bit difficult because the phone connection was really poor. Phone kept disconnecting. We tried to get in touch because initially the code on the door just wouldn’t work and it did take a while before we could get in. Phone reception was a little disappointing.

So much space and all the facilities were incredible

The main living areas were beautiful, two real fires, stunning gardens and kitchens, all great rooms a real treat to have so many en-suites. I would thoroughly recommend. The team were amazing at responding to my questions with the house late on Friday over a bank holiday. They were super helpful and informative all the way up to and across the weekend The WiFi password you don’t need as it’s public, but you do need the staff WiFi to work the Alexa speakers, this would be helpful to provide as it’s needed. Also instructions on how to unlock the Hobs without having to google

Me and my guests were all stunned by the house's interior and how well equipped it was. We loved the stone walls and the spacious dinning area. There are sufficient rooms for everyone and we like the fact that there is a bathroom in or near every bedroom. The hot tub is a very nice addition. It was a shame not being able to use the lovely garden due to the weather. All in all, would recommend hiring ARC Padstow. The communication was confusing at times, especially with the different platforms provided by both Finest Retreat and ARC. Due to communication issues, the flower arrangement was left quite last minute as well. The flower decoration was lovely, but would be nice to have more time and choices to choose the final product. A smoother payment process would be appreciated.
