Clean room, good staff
Restaurant was not working so it is difficult to take meal three times out side. Hoping it will start again

Spacious rooms, 700 metres from Katra bus stand
We reached the restaurant at 10 am for morning buffet. There was too much chaos & delay. The staff & cook couldn't handle morning buffet well.

Overall hotel was ok, Hotel staff was good
Restaurant/Room service was pathetic.
They don't even serve tea/coffee post 6 pm
If you are coming from yatra u have to go out for a cup of tea.
Restaurant staff said that it will take 2 two hours to serve a cup of tea.
We were in 307
Only 3 dishes in lunch and dinner and three dishes in breakfast
Not expected from an IHCL hotel brand
