Perfect, just as advertised

Up the top of a hill, but can’t be helped and got great views

Very spacious, well laid out. Beautiful views. Staff were very helpful quick to resolve any issues. Good water pressure. The hot tub was lovely! Close by to everything.

Tried to have a shower on the last morning and the water just wouldn’t get warm

Everything

Nothing

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, tidy, and very well-maintained. The space was warm and inviting. Everything was prepared to ensure comfort and convenience.

I am very disappointed regarding the conduct of your hot tub cleaner during our recent stay. The cleaner displayed a shocking lack of professionalism by expressing anger about the state of the hot tub and questioning how long we would be staying. While such comments are inappropriate on their own, his behavior took an even more distressing turn when he began imitating my native language in a mocking manner, which came across as blatantly racist. This made my family and me feel deeply unwelcome and uncomfortable. As paying customers, we expect respectful and professional service, not judgment or discrimination. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and warrants immediate attention.
