It was the perfect little space for just me & my sister. loved how close it was to the beach which was the main point, plus I appreciated that she had beach chairs/towels/umbrella, even a cart & cooler bag. She was really prompt/responsive with a small issue. Loved how walkable the neighborhood was for groceries & restaurants. I would definitely come back again!

Found exactly what we were looking for with this property. One minute walk to the beach, friendly owner, everything we needed for a short trip to the Florida coast. Would definitely stay here again.

This cute home was perfect for my boyfriend and me. Located right off Gulf Road and you can turn in either direction and drive to a new beach every day! You walk out the door and walk less than a block and you are on the beach. We spent every morning eating breakfast and drinking coffee while enjoying the ocean and the wildlife. We went shelling every day at different beaches and found beautiful shells to bring home. At night we watched the sunset on different beaches which were absolutely stunning . We bought food for our breakfast/lunch/snacks and ate dinner out each night. The Italian restaurant next door was delicious! Highly recommend this house!

Everything was so good. My only concern was the ad said it was a one minute walk to the beach. It was a block away, my friend and I both have to use canes so it was a bit difficult walking. Otherwise everything and everyone was beautiful!

Great location.

It was a great location for us as our friends live 3 blocks south on Gulf Blvd. Everything has been updated except the shower, and the wall looked water damaged. The shower drain had a huge clump of hair on it. The mini blind in bathroom is filthy, and the others, although fairly newlooking need a good dusting and the many extra slats need to be removed. We only had breakfast there then we were gone all day & evening, so was fine for sleeping. Kitchen was bright, clean & cheery as was bedroom except for blinds & windows. Air conditioning was above par.

The property was in a very good location to the beach. We also loved the little Italian restaurant next door. We will definitely stay there again!

Great little place to stay in IRB. Close to the beach. Accommodations were wonderful.

This place is a great spot for a last minute trip. You will not see the beach from the house. You're behind a gift shop and you will walk around that gift shop, cross the street and a short walk between giant condo buildings in order to get a view of the beach. If seeing the beach from the place you rent doesn't matter to you, this is a great little place. It is very small, but we didn't mind at all. There's a gas station 2 doors down and some decent places to eat within walking distance. The condo is pretty clean. The only complaints I have was one of the beach towels was either stained, or was not washed, I had to sift through dishes to find some that looked clean and there are no curtains. This place could benefit greatly from some light/noise blocking curtains. It is VERY bright outside at all hours of the night and there's no way to block it out to sleep. The couch bed in the living room was pretty nice. I slept on it and my friend had the bedroom and I found the couch bed to be comfortable. Also, a mirror in the living room with the couch bed would be a great idea since there are no mirrors except for the bedroom and the bathroom located in the bedroom. I hope this helps!

We loved our stay here. It is a perfect location with a very short walk to the beach and many local restaurants. The house was cute, clean, and perfect for a long weekend getaway with my husband. We loved that it had all the beach supplies we need too. We will definitely be back!

Well appointed cottage, great for a weekend or a few days get away. Quiet spot off a main road, with easy walk to restaurants and the beach. Fast internet. Comfortable furnishings. Would stay again.

Great location for waking to the beach. Beds were hard, needs repair work done to the walls and door in the bathroom. Lots of tiny ants everywhere. All of the smoke alarms died while we were there. Needs darkening curtains so you don't see the car lights of every one that goes by. Very few dishes. Needs more blankets! We were cold at night. One of the blankets was an afgan-type with the holes all over it....my son didn't dig it. No warmth there at all and his fingers got caught up in it. Fan in sofa room buzzed. If you closed the sofa room door, the ventilation would make a loud vacuum/wooshing sound so we had to leave it cracked.

This was the perfect place for a lonely beach getaway. The house was adorable, clean and comfortable. Just a jaunt across the street to the beach which was beautiful. The host was very accomadating and super nice. We will definitely stay here again if we are in Florida.

The location of this property was absolutely the perfect spot with the shortest walk to the beach. Sitting on the north end of this beach proved to be an awesome choice. This rental had everything we needed and more than expected. Professionally managed by people that really care. A place we would absolutely return to.
