Our stay was great! The condo is beautifully decorated, & very clean. The patio was lovely. We loved it & would definitely stay again.

This condo was just perfect for us! Beautifully decorated, great location and lots of extras that we weren’t expecting! The beds were comfortable with beautiful sheets and covers. The area was quite so sleeping was a breeze! The kitchen is well equipped and the coffee bar was great! Will definitely book again next year. There are several steps but they weren’t an issue for us even though we are over seventy with some mobility issues!

The floors left your feet very black after walking on them. There was only one roll of toilet paper and only one trash bag.

The decor alone in this rental has me wanting to visit Hobby Lobby ASAP. It was beautiful! On another note, just when I thought I had become a pro at packing, I realized I had left behind some important items! No need to worry, this home had it all! I was so thankful for all of the thoughtfulness that was put into furnishing this home and having it ready for our stay.

Property is practically new. Our host provided a great stay experience with lots of extras and great taste in decorations. It felat like home away from home. Messaged her to let her know about a small issue that did not affect our stay and she responded quickly and offered to come right over. We will stay here again if/when we come back. No complaints.

The condo was very neat and conformable. It had plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dishes. Only issues we had was upstairs was very noisy and could here all the walking, moving, etc. Also could hear the water running.

This property was almost perfected for our family of 5 and small dog. I liked being the last building on the street, quiet with less traffic. Could walk right out to the back grass to play with my dog and only had one exit to block. I actually liked looking at the rock layers in the backyard. I can tell that the owners put a lot of effort into making this place nice and comfortable. Everything was within 15 minutes but away from traffic.

Squeaky master door
Master bed kinda lumpy/uncomfortable (for me, husband said it was fine)
Stains on master comforter
Stains on white towels.
Thin (but nice) curtains - bring eye mask
Bring hangers, hair and body wash.
Would have liked some cleaner for the kitchen table and counters.
Those are pretty minor things and can be easily resolved except the bed. Maybe we will switch and sleep in the other king bed?? (If you switch the mattresses let us know!!!)

We had a group of 7, 2 teens, 1 senior, & dogs. The stairs down would’ve been too much for our senior (mobility issues) but she stayed in the condo for the most part so not a lot of up/down. It was great having a walkout patio, made taking the dogs out easier. It was very comfortable, parking right at the door to the building. Very close to the strip & SDC as well. We will def keep this unit in mind for future trips.

Ashley's property was amazing. It worked perfect for our family. It was easy to access since the stairs had handrails on both sides. Being a walkout unit for my doggie was great. Her decor shows how much she cares about her guest and property. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying there again.

This is a beautifully decorated and well stocked place! We had plenty of room for 7! The buildings are older and gave us pause when we drove up by that all went away as we stayed. Very quiet even when the area filled up on the weekend! This unit is down one flight of stairs, so think about that when you pack!! We would easily stay here again!

We absolutely LOVED this place. We had 4 adults and our small dog and thought it was a perfect amount of space. Ashley thought of pretty much anything and everything! It looks exactly the photos—decor is so cute! Plenty of pillows and blankets to get cozy and relax after a long day out or just a day of hanging in the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with anything and everything thing you’d need to make meals.
Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Very clean. TVs in each room. Plenty of indoor seating for breakfast/meal or work station.
Directions were spot on and easy to find. Close enough to the strip and activities but far enough away that you don’t feel like you’re overloaded with traffic.

Provided me with some fun things to do and was gracious enough to let part of our party in a little bit early. I highly recommend and we’d love to stay here again!

The property was wonderful! Location was perfect! Was within 15 minutes to everywhere we visited. It's tucked away in a quiet beautiful spot. House was super clean! My son still talks about how good it smelled lol. Beds were comfy. Had everything you would need! My only very small complaint was the coffeemaker was kinda confusing. We had to look up instruction manual to figure out where the water went. Other than that our stay was absolutely perfect! We fell in love with branson and the ozarks! We will be back many time to come!

Very pleased
I will say this was my first time staying in a air b&b. This was a very homey feeling environment. I felt at home and comfortable. Everything less than 11 minutes. Worth the stay. If I ever visit Branson again this will most definitely my go to.

The little details made our stay!
We’ve stayed at a number of nightly rentals in Branson but this is by far our favorite! It was clean, cozy, conveniently located, and fit the eight of us perfectly. We highly recommend this place!

I'm guessing full size and the TV in the living was like a 65" which was awesome to watch March Madness on. We had an issue with cable but Ashley was able to work out the issue and get us going. Our kids loved the hot chocolate packets that were available and the games that were there. We also enjoyed eating in a few times. Overall, fantastic home!!!

Our stay was a few days before Christmas and the property was nicely decorated with a Christmas tree and was great for our group of 9. We would stay here again in the future.
