Great little place near the beach, perfect for a family of four.
Quiet neighborhood and close to attractions.

We had a very enjoyable week in this cute Chatham house with our 2 small children- perfect size for our family and loved the outdoor shower/ deck / beach toys. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for a week with 3 adults and 1 toddler. The house had plenty of space for the 4 of us, and enough open space for our toddler to play. The beach was very family friendly and a very short walk away. The outdoor shower was really helpful for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

My family and I enjoyed our time on Pine Dr. The house is no frills but the location is unmatched. We enjoyed walking to the beach each day and appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and sand toys in the shed.

Very cute cottage just out of the way in Chatham
Pros:
- Perfect size for six people, everyone had just enough space without being on top of each other
- Great location - walk to the beach and short drive to everything else
- Deck was wonderful for starting and ending our days together
- The property owner was very friendly to deal with overall
Cons:
- Property needs a deep clean. Underneath and behind things was especially dirty.
- Related to above, lots of bugs in the house, which leads to lots of spiders in the house. There were cocoons on the bathroom ceiling, dead bugs across the kitchen light, and cobwebs under the range hood (and many other places).
- Parts of the property need maintenance. The screen door is literally falling apart (we had to fix it twice while there), the stove doesn't light without matches, and I had to clear the bathroom drain while we were there because it was slow and eventually stopped draining. Many simple things like table lamps and fans were falling apart while we were there. Several screens are broken or held together with tape.
Again, great location, but not sure we would stay at this property again.

We had a great week at this cute little place! It’s perfect for a family of four and was nice to stay somewhere so close to Ridgevale beach!

Wonderful vacation
My husband and I rented this property with our 3 young boys and it was perfect. Great location ( a very short walk to a family friendly beach) and a 5-10 min drive into town. Great communication with the property owner and will definitely be back!
