Unfortunately, my friends and I did not have an enjoyable experience due to construction, noise and conditions of the facility (it wasn’t very clean) which made for a very unpleasant experience, We had planned to utilize the heated pool and parking deck; however, we were unable to access these amenities. It would have been nice to have known beforehand that the facility was under construction so that we would have had an opportunity to explore other accommodations. In summary, we were very displeased.

Everything was exceptional, clean, along with plenty kitchen utensils, coffee makers, bathroom towels. Ease of property, in great location, and walkable to grocery store or target souvenir shops. Pool was warm and sauna was nice, also great workout room. Anybody could enjoy themselves here, peaceful even though still a bit of final construction with the other tower.

Overall, great place to stay. The onsite construction was a lot to hear and deal with. Had construction workers outside our window 3-4 days so that was slightly uncomfortable. The unit itself was nice and as pictured. There are two furnaces and both filters were in need of replacement - they were black as night! Great beach outside your door!

The unit has been updated and was very clean. It is in a great location. Includes private beach access. The layout is excellent with the master having a king bed and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 queen beds in ea. room. The manager was very responsive to questions we had before we checked in, during and after. Check in and check out was very simple. Great experience!!! They are finishing up a little bit of construction on the exterior of the building which is supposed to be completed shortly.

The unit was amazing and clean. The only downside was construction. Due to it we had issues parking and unable to utilize the balcony.

Beautiful Panthouse a walk away from the beach and well decorated, clean and with everything you need to stay comfortably.
Outside renovation construction was a surprise to me but that did not keep us from having a great time.
The grill outside is out of order and we cud not find the jacuzzi, but overall it was one of the best places i have stayed so far.

The beachside condo looks just like pictures and was very nice and spacious. There was construction which was an eye sore on exterior of condominium complex. There was some construction noise, but it wasn’t bad and most of the day we were at the beach. We would definitely stay there again as it’s close to everything in Destin.

We chose to spend our Christmas vacation in Destin this year. The beaches in Destin are gorgeous any time of year, and we always enjoy our visits. We found this condo on Vrbo, and the pictures looked great, so we booked it. Upon arriving, the check in process was extremely simple, and things went smoothly. There was construction going on within the condo community, which we were not aware of, but it did not interfere with our stay. The interior of the condo was just as the pictures showed. We needed to contact the owner a couple times during our stay, and he was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. it appeared his focus was on making sure we had a good experience during our stay. The location of this condo is fantastic… Right on the beach! I would definitely recommend this location for your next vacation spot!

The condo was beautiful! As far as the construction, not so much. Very noisy everyday starting very early in the mornings other than that the stay would have been perfect

It was scary when we first arrived due to the construction, but when we looked inside, the condo was great. Also, we refunded a difference for the construction. We had a great time.

The condo was clean and comfortable. My only issues were with the small balcony that would barely fit four people.
Also the combo washer/dryer didn’t work very well so we took most of our dirty clothes home with us.
The pool was great and the umbrella and chairs on the beach were wonderful.
We had a great vacation and would come back again

Our experience renting this property was disappointing in some ways. The property was being remodeled but we were not told about this until a few hours prior to arriving. The bath towels were dingy and hard and water was draining from the shower. There was a broken iron but, there was also a replacement iron there. Patio sliding door was hard to open as if it was stuck. This was not the greatest experience.

The condo was very nice. It was very clean. The rooms were big and the beds were great to sleep in. Every room had a great view. You have a side view of the ocean but still very nice. All the girls loved the place and will rent this place again.

The washing/ dryer combo was too small and could not dry properly. We ended up having to use the coin washer and dryer by the elevator.

My husband and I stayed here with our 5 children (ages ranging from 7-17). It was perfect for us! Yes, the property is under construction, but we were informed of this is advance and therefore not caught off guard. The construction was noisy as we walked to and from the beach, but we couldn't actually hear it in our unit. The condo is updated and modern, plenty of space and such a short walk to the beach (huge plus with the kids and SO much stuff to carry!). We will definitely be back!

Andrei was great. He was always available for ALL my questions (cause I asked a lot lol). The condo was super nice. Everyone that came with us on vacation always wanted to hang out at our condo cause it was so nice and spacious. Thanks! !

Major Construction
I will say I was not aware of the massive construction on this location but after complaining the owner immediately contacted me. He offered a discount and promptly refunded. The unit was very nice and well kept. Would prefer a better washer/dryer combo for a 7 day stay but not a big deal. Once construction is over I 100% will stay here again. Owner was VERY responsive and helpful.

Awesome location
Our stay here was amazing. The location is perfect with access to the beach very easy. My family of 6 was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensil needed to cook a great meal. There was some construction that was only to be during the week from 8-5pm but it was everyday except Sunday for longer hours than stated. It was not disruptive but it did occupy the garage so there was no garage parking. Overall a wonderful place to stay. We will definitely book this location again!

Great room, great location, had a great time.
Only complaint would be the construction that went through part of the weekend. Didn’t expect a jackhammer outside our wall Saturday morning, just during the week.
Either way, solid property overall.

First Time in Destin
This was our first trip to Destin. Loved the area and this property. It was clean and comfortable. There was construction going in and around the resort but the property owner let us know in advance. We were not there much during the day so it was not a big deal for us. We would definitely rent again.

Great Location!
This property is in a great location and great size for 8 people. Bedrooms were nice and big. Only issue was the temporary construction work in progress. Thankfully not on the weekends but woke up Monday morning to jackhammers at 7am!

7 women stayed. No problems. We bought more towels and rags and then found a few more in the condo. Also bought a can opener because the one in the drawer was broke. Left it all for the next to use. ;) Nice place.

Beautiful beach but condo needs maintenance
The beach and rental service for beach excellent. The condo was very dated. We had grandchildren with us and someone left a knife and pizza cutter down under the cabinet. It could of been a catastrophe. Luckily the trip ended well.

Condo was clean and accommodated our needs. Dishwasher, a couple lamps and electrical outlets were not in working condition. Overall we were pleased. Property owner was accessible and very nice to deal with.

Lovely stay right off the beach
We had a great experience, Andrei was excellent at communicating with us, the condo was clean with lovely views of Destin. Located right off the beach, lovely ocean view from bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay.
