Gorgeous property in a location that cannot be beat.

We had a wonderful seven days at this rental. The house is modern and in pristine shape with loads of room. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to Las Olas restaurant and activities. The owner is very responsive to your needs and very helpful.

This house was the perfect rental for our family and friends. Very spacious with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom! The house was spotless upon our arrival. The checkin process was simple and the property owner responds to messages very quickly. It is located right around the corner from Las Olas and a short drive to the beach.

We had a family of 10 visiting Fort Lauderdale. The accommodations worked out perfectly with all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. It was exceptionally clean and welcoming. The location was great: close to restaurants and shopping, in a safe area and a great spot for a nice morning walk to the beach. In addition, Kate, was helpful and easy to work with.

Had an amazing relaxing girls trip!! The hosts were very helpful and recommended a lot of great places nearby for dinner. Location is right near Olas Strip, so lots of shopping and great food!!

Wedding Weekend
This location is perfect for large groups or several couples wanting to getaway. The location is a short walk from the Las Olas area where there are shops, restaurants, and bars. The Floridian is a great little diner type spot and The Balcony was a fun bar atmosphere. The house was clean and the furnishings were very nice. I loved the master bathroom! Kate was quick to answer any questions and checking in and out was very smooth. We did have a few issues with our Ubers finding the home. The property faces an alley and sometimes we had to walk to the end of the alley where a medical office was to be picked up and dropped off but it wasn’t too big of a deal. We will definitely book this spot again in the future!

Great location to enjoy sun
The house is very nice and modern. It is very spacious and easily accommodates a large group. Location was very central which allowed to move around the city easily. Lastly, Kate was a great host who communicated very quickly and made sure our stay was seamless

Very pleasant stay
Great location, great property and great communication with host. Everything was super easy. We had a minor problem with thermostat in new years eve and Kate was very responsive.
I would suggest bringing a smaller car as the parking space is very tight given the location.
