We just returned from staying at this property and we had an excellent time. Rhonda had phenomenal communication the entire time. Her communication style is unmatched! The things that I liked about the house were the location, the wraparound porch, the golf cart, outside warm shower and the master bedroom that connected to the porch which I gave my parents.. The property was very clean and the air-conditioning unit worked perfectly. My only recommendations are: replace the ladder and the bottom bunk mattress on the bunk bed due to the ladder being uneven and the mattress squeaking a lot. We had an issue with the refrigerator, not getting cold, but the owner was kind enough to give us a small refund due to having to put the food in a cooler. Another recommendation is to have an option to have linens delivered prior to arrival vs. having to bring linens. The owner provided me with some companies to use so that was nice but I could not logistically figure out how that works so I bought ours and my parents since they flew in. The kitchen had a lot of season options which was convenient. The garage had a lot of fun beach toys from boogie board to volleyball and bikes. The golf cart worked perfectly and easy to charge. In addition, the property is near the lake which was great for fishing….catch and release. No property is 100% perfect but we truly enjoyed ourselves here and our dogs loved watching everyone from the porch. It was a very short walk to the pool and the beach.

The host was welcoming. The house seems new. It's beautiful, clean and fresh. Parking was great.The wrap around deck was our favorite.

Great location. Rooms were small but nice. Couches and living room rug were soiled and had an odor. I understand with a pet friendly space some things are to be expected but the cleaning service should have notified the owner if they haven’t visited recently.
