Everything was perfect. House was spacious and comfortable. Great location to everything. If i have to say anything negative is that i would of liked a regular coffee pot.

We had a great experience working with the owner. The location is central in Reno and it is a great propery! We had several people and no issues with sleeping space or hot water or any of the appliances etc. Highly recommend!

The house is clean and fully equipped, the location is closed to Mt. Rose skii resorts, Sparks outlets and cassino. We enjoyed out short vacation/skii trips a lots, would love to come back here. Thank you!

My family of 5 loved our stay here. The home was very clean and cozy inside. We had an 80th birthday lunch for my dad with about 15 people and there were plenty of games to entertain us and lots of room for everyone to sit. It was also nice to see an outdoor patio set in the backyard. There are also many stores close by for all your necessities. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

My family and my sisters family met here for our brothers wedding. This house was the perfect meeting spot for us. We each have a couple kids and everyone slept comfortably with the extra beds set up. Everything was super clean in the house! We really appreciated all the little extras that were thought of at the house. Extra blankets, spices, ketchup, a fully stocked kitchen, a pack and play, and a small high chair for feeding our babies. The house was really nicely decorated and the 3 queen beds were comfortable. The game room on the back porch was a great place for the kids to play. The neighborhood is a little older, but me and my sister went walking and felt totally safe! This is a really great place to stay!

The location was perfect for us, visiting sons that attend UNR for family weekend. We would love to stay here again. The entire house is clean, adorably decorated and VERY comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook for the family. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room. Plenty of space and seating inside to spread out with a large group (from Grandpa to teenagers) . You have to rent this home JUST for the showers alone! I have never even stayed in a hotel with showers that great. Everyone in our family noticed and commented on how relaxing and high pressure they were. The only suggestion I would make, and only noticeable because we got lucky with beautiful weather all weekend, that it would have been nice to have chairs available to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful backyard.

Great property and location. Close enough for Uber to/from city but a few miles away so you could enjoy privacy. Very comfortable and hospitable home. GREAT spot to have a few family members huddle up with ping-pong, foosball and simple/effective kitchen. Clean comfortable beds, showers, and common areas. What's not to like? :)

Good location, clean and recently updated house.
We were in Reno for my son's wedding but I would think the house could serve as a base for skiing and other activities. The house was in excellent condition. You could tell much had been improved recently. I would stay there again.
