We had a small hiccup when we first got there but the host was amazing on getting back with me and getting someone right out to fix the issue especially since it was a Sunday and busy with tourist coming in. The house was spotless, the pool and heating spa were amazing for the kiddos since they didn't want to go back to the beach due to the unfortunate timing of the sea lice season. Haha overall we would go back. Pots might need to be upgraded soon but nothing to fret over. Thank you Kelley and all for our awesome stay!!

Such a great place and the host was amazing! The only thing we were missing was bigger pots for our family to cook with so if you plan on doing much cooking make sure you bring the bigger things but other than that we had everything we needed and more!! It was such a great trip!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a large group & it fit our family well. It made our stay very enjoyable & reasonably affordable. Thanky

The home itself was exactly what we needed for our women's church retreat. It was clean, spacious, close to the beach, & comfortably fit our large group. We specifically chose this property because of those features & the option to rent the golf cart.We paid extra for the golf cart because several women in our group have physical disabilities & could not easily walk to & from the beach. When we arrived Thursday evening, we discovered we could not access it because the keys were locked away & no instructions had been provided. When we contacted management, we were told to break the lockbox to get the keys. We were not comfortable damaging property or being held responsible for it, so we declined. We were then told someone would come the next day.As a result, we lost an entire evening with an amenity we specifically paid for. The next morning, we were told someone would come "after lunch," making it difficult to plan our day. Only after we expressed our concerns did someone arrive before lunch to unlock it.What disappointed us most was the lack of accountability. There was no apology, no refund offer, & no attempt to make things right. Instead, we had to use our personal vehicles to transport everyone, which was exactly why we rented the golf cart. The home deserves five stars. The property management does not. Better communication & taking responsibility when guests do not receive what they paid for would have made this a much different experience.
