The property overall is quite nice. The only thing that suprised me was that I thought I'd be staying in Ivins. The description was a "Tiny RV in Ivins.". That probably ought to be changed. Ivins is quite a ways off from where I was staying. Otherwise it was wonderful.

We loved our stay!
The RV was clean and just felt like a tiny home.
The backyard was lovely and we enjoyed having our feet in the water as much as possible, would 100% return.

We were in town for week for Huntsman Senior games, and were originally going to stay in Motel, but saw Heather and Josh’s Vrbo listing, and decided to give it a try. It is small, as advertised, but clean, quiet, quick access to outside. Heather and Josh are great hosts.
