We loved the location of the house. Close to downtown yet tucked in the pines. Javelinas visited the backyard twice and the mule deer were fun to watch. The kitchen was well stocked. It worked well for the week while we led a workshop in Prescott.

This was a work trip but we also enjoyed. The house is very relaxing and with 3 bathrooms perfect. it is stocked with all you may need. easy to get downtown just a couple minutes. We will definitely stay here again.

I live in Prescott Valley so i rented this house for family members to stay in. It's a wonderful house ... lots of room. I will probably rent it again for a summer family trip. I would not, however, rent it in the winter months. Luckily we had no precipitation. If we had, the roads would freeze.

We stay for 4 days and the house was beautiful and clean. Great game room for the the family. Very comfortable. Having access to the garage to store our bikes was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. Lots of room for parking. We had four cars. Four good-sized bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed and more! Decorated very nice with a ton of throw blankets for chilly nights. Real wood floors. Appreciated the small touches like plenty of towels, hair dyers, toiletries, etc. While we didn’t use the patio at night, it was great that it had a heater out there plus a table with a fire pit. We saw about 20 deer and a little later, about 15 javelina traveling behind the home. Nice and secluded but just a short two-mile drive to town and the courthouse. The basement was very cool. We played pool, used the game table and enjoyed comfy, reclining leather chair, loveseat and couch. We couldn’t have been happier! Thank you.

Beautiful location. Well appointed home with comfortable spaces. Sound really travels in the house which made it hard to sleep in if others were up. Open transoms above doors with “Do not touch” instructions added to the noise traveling through spaces. Nice TVs and appliances, but we would have liked some basic instructions for use. Wildlife seen every day. Wifi was good. Owner responded right away when I had a question. Don’t know how others do it, but being expected to take out the trash and strip beds before leaving seemed unusual to us. Nice place with lots of room to hang out inside and out.

The home was well appointed. There was nothing we needed. Great location. Plenty of room to spread out or be together! Pool table and bar area a hit! Very clean, very well decorated. Nice attention to detail with quality furnishings!

The property was beautiful for a family visiting in Arizona. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a wonderful time there. The home was stocked with everything one would need and more. The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious. We all enjoyed the downstairs game room and the pool table was a hit for both the adults and teens. I would highly recommend this house.

We had an excellent overall experience. The house itself is way above what it looks like in the pictures. The property is nice and secluded with very friendly neighbors. Being only 5 mins from downtown and 10 mins from the rodeo grounds is a huge plus. Even though it is that close it feels miles away from everything in the peace and quiet.

We had a great time traveling around Arizona and visiting with our daughter/sister who lives in Prescott. It was so nice to have this lovely home to come back to every evening. It's a beautiful home in a beautiful setting! We loved seeing the family of deer pass through and sitting on the balcony to eat and listen to the breeze in the trees. We also very much enjoyed the pool table and the convenience of using the garage. Thanks so much for sharing your rental with us!

Stag"s Leap Lodge location is close enough to the courthouse square / whiskey row, but far enough to feel like you are not in town. We enjoyed the 2 patios ( very nice outdoor furniture and grill). Jeff was super nice to deal with. They have thought of so many small touches to make our stay so comfortable. We hope to return in the future!

This home is perfect for large families, extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen has everything from nice pots and pans to sharp knives - things you don’t always find at vacation rentals. The home was immaculate when we arrived and check in was a breeze. The views are fantastic and the patios are perfect for visiting with everyone. The home is stocked with entertainment options for every age with lots of games and the large downstairs bar and pool room. The host was super accommodating and a great communicator. This is our go-to for Prescott rentals.

They house was amazing, very comfortable for a night in watching movies with the family, sitting around the fire pit on the deck and having a family BBQ. This house was perfect and more then we expected.
The owners were amazing hosts even reached out offering us to get into the house early if we needed. We recommend this place 100%.

This property feels like it's in a remote location, yet it is pretty close to central Prescott and easily accessible to necessary services (e.g. grocery stores, restaurants). In very steep and forested terrain, it can be driven to in an ordinary car, especially during clear and warmer weather. We loved the babbling creek just below the deck, and the wildlife that travel along the creek corridor. The house is well appointed, comfortable furniture and beds, nice appliances, paper goods, etc. Works very well for groups of several, with bedrooms nicely spaced for privacy and quiet. Our group of five will certainly stay at Stag's Leap again for stays in Prescott.

This is a beautiful home in a wonderful wooded setting. We saw deer each day. The home is comfortable and beautifully furnished. Plenty of space. Quiet area. We really enjoyed our stay.

The owners were easy to schedule with and very accommodating. This was a great place to stay with our roofing crew plenty of room and clean. We all enjoyed unwinding after a long day playing pool, BBQing and enjoying the wild life outside very relaxing. Will defiantly stay here again and highly recommend!

The house was wonderful, had lots of amenities plenty of room to spread out, very clean and felt warm and cozy. Quiet neighborhood in the mountains with a creek running thru it and saw lots of deer out the back deck, and a group of wild hogs as an added bonus! Would stay there again.

We loved our stay at Stag's Leap. The photos, while wonderful, do not truly convey the beauty of this home. The home is very spacious, furniture comfortable, applicance in great working order, and very well equipped. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderfully perfect home for our 3 generation family trip. Plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Every aspect of this home was of the highest order. This beautiful cabin is also in the most picturesque setting in Prescott! We especially enjoyed the seasonal creek and sitting around the fire pit on the upper deck when a family of deer scampered by every afternoon! The hosts were most gracious. We thank you again for sharing your exceptional home and making our family trip all that more memorable!
We are all ready talking about our next trip to Prescott and would definitely love to stay again.

Our stay at Stag's Leap was flawless from start to finish. Host Jeff was very responsive to all of my questions along the way. The house was impeccable as far as cleanliness, size, location, amenities and the list goes on. We were celebrating a family birthday and as much fun as Prescott was, the real enjoyment came from staying in our rental. The back balcony was so serene as we drank our morning coffee and picture perfect as we watched many deer roam by. I can't imagine not staying here again when we travel to Prescott.

A beautiful property in a serene, wooded location!
The minor items of inconvenience were no additional paper towels in the kitchen. We also ran out of Kleenex tissues, and we had to go get them ourselves. Also, the gas grill would not ignite; the tank had enough propane, but would not catch/ignite.
Nevertheless, we’d definitely stay here again.

We had the best weekend exploring Prescott, and this home was such a cozy, clean and comfortable place for us to relax in the woods. We saw so many deer every day from our deck! They really take care to provide anything you may need, we had plenty of fresh towels, a pool table, board games. Karaoke machine, etc. The beds and rooms were spacious and comfortable. We were so close to whiskey row and Watson lake where we took our kids Canoeing. We can’t wait to come back and would absolutely love to stay here again!

The pictures dont do this property justice! The setting is private yet, convenient to town and hiking. The property is so well stocked that we never had to think twice- just moved right in! We will be staying again! Thank you for a wonderful retreat!

My Family really enjoyed our stay at this property, we were up for a Graduation and Air Force Commissioning ceremony, This property provided awesome accommodations, the basement level provided an excellent place for family and friends to play pool or watch movies on the big screen. The basement level also has a bar area with refrigerator for stocking drinks. Their are four bedrooms which offer plenty of room, the Master Bedroom has a King size bed and large walk in shower. The Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need. The house has a very cozy feel with leather seating throughout. I would highly recommend this property. My one and only irritant were the pillows on the bed. They were not very comfortable so my suggestion is to bring your own.

Accomadations were terrific, kitchen very functional….well equipped, clean.
Only drawback was an odor in the basement smelled like cat or pet urine.
