Disgusting that they would rent this to a family with children. Massive hazards all throughout. 3 stories of partially blocked doors that lead to straight drops of 10 - 30 feet to rocks below. Booked in May and was told in Oct that a slide was being installed and a portion of the porch may not be available. Turns out all exits except 1 were blocked, garage lead to a door exiting to no porch or landing but a 10 foot drop with no safety measures in place. Asked for pics of cabin multiple times and never got them. Prpty mngr told me cabin has been unsafe and under construction since June and has asked the company to no longer rent it until project is done but is ignored. Light switch missing cover with exposed live wires, garbage disposal broke and left sink full of backed up dirty water for 2 days. Kitchen light wldnt turn on. Check in instructions state fire place was wood burning and instructed to build a fire in it "like a boy scout" I asked for clarification and was told it is wood burning and to bring my own wood. Arrived and it was a gas fire place. Packed $70 worth of wood that was never needed. Glad I double checked and didn't build a fire as instructed and destroy the fireplace or home. no way to exit basement as exterior door blocked. Pool table, air hockey, and foosball all broken. trip hazard threshold on basement stairs. path to backyard obstructed and dangerous to climb down. unadvertised 4ft dangerous barbed wire fence in yard. Negligence to the max! Beware!

Large home in a beautiful area. Good for large groups.

We rented this home for a groom and his groomsman to relax and get ready at before the wedding. The amenities provided helped make the stay enjoyable for everyone – plush towels, bathroom supplies, tissues, snacks, games, and a Keurig station. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. The home was so spacious and inviting; it allowed for everyone to easily come together to play games, watch movies, eat, etc. or to spread out for some alone time. The location was quiet and serene – NO road noise could be heard from the I-17. Everyone had a wonderful time here and wished they could've stayed longer.

We had trouble getting our boys to leave the house for sightseeing! They LOVED this house....pool table, foosball, air hockey....so much fun to be had together, and SO much space to spread out when we need some alone time! Was almost an hour to Sedona, but the house made the longer drive totally worth it! We arrived at night, so the house number was impossible to see. Needs a light shining on it to make it more visible.

Well? We really enjoy the stay place is excellent clean cabin everything was on point No issues at from the bed blankets to the kitchen plates was perfect clean and order I was very impressed, I will stay again / recommend with family and friends; Good / place to stay!! Thank you so much!! Victor~

I have stayed at different properties in the area and by far this has been the most beautiful and well maintained property. It is spacious and super clean. We had a great weekend there is nothing negative about our stay. We couldn’t had made a better choice of property to stay. Directly behind the property is a walk into the forest and it has the most amazing view from the living room.

We are enjoying stay very nice viewing close by shopping and very convenient to go around.

This was a great escape from the heat! We had a wonderful time enjoying the outdoors and hiking through the forest. It's about a 20 minute hike to the lake. There are 3 levels of stairs so just be aware of that. It looked like much of the furniture was new and it was really clean.
