Loves our stay here! This condo is so spacious! We had more than enough room to spread out. We enjoyed walking along the pier in the mornings. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

Loved everything about the place. Only shortfalls: 1. TV did not show regular network stations as an option. Only reason this matters is we would have like to watch some football. Directions needed to maneuver YouTube or whatever network was provided. 2.) Clothes dryer was not operable. Not a big deal since we only stayed 4 nights, but a longer stay would have been a problem. Overall a great review

As billed. Condo is modern, well maintained, clean and just as described. We had a great stay. Perfect for graduation weekend at Davidson College.

Property was beautiful. Our only disappointment was that the pool was closed due to repair and we were not notified prior to our arrival.
Hard to believe there was not another pool in the area were we could swim. Property manager is refunding us for one nites stay which speaks volumes.

Nice community, amenities, super convenient. Accommodations were comfortable. Liked that this appears to be an investment property vs personally occupied by owner. They furnished it with comfortable beds; linens, cookware, and furniture all in good shape and above satisfactory

Beautiful property
This condo was perfect for our family of five. It was immaculately clean. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The balcony view was lovely and the furniture on the balcony also was comfortable and roomy for all of us. The neighborhood was quiet and we never heard people when we were inside. The kitchen was well stocked. The water pressure in the showers was good. This condo was perfect!

Our stay at Lavish Lake Lounge on Lake Norman was spectacular! The unit was beautifully appointed, super clean and had a spectacular view. I loved the little extras like coffee pods for the Keurig, games and books, plush beach towels for the pool and soap dispensers at all of the sinks. Location was within walking distance to a very nice restaurant and lounge, which was perfect for drinks at sunset. Southern Charm Vacations representatives were very attentive, from the welcome text to advice on things to do in the area. I would highly recommend this unit and Southern Charms Vacations.
