We were the first customers to rent this property after a fairly extensive renovation. The rental could have benefitted from a close inspection walk through. There were a number of items that just weren't up to par. We discovered these discrepancies over several days. Most were not major items, but added together were worthy of a report to the host. We decided that, rather than bother the host with a bunch of little items, we'd just make a list & send it to them later. We also didn't want to have a parade of workers in the rental while we were trying to relax. We did contact the host to let them know that there was no cold water to the kitchen sink. Lots of hot water, but no cold. The host sent someone over immediately & he fixed the problem in a few minutes. The cold water had been connected to the dishwasher instead of the faucet. The house was clean, but we did find a hinge and some rusty screws sticking straight up in the back yard which could have caused injury to people or pets. Worse, someone working at the property had left house keys hanging in the lock to the shed, which were door keys to the property, which could have been a big security problem. New couch in the living room, and a big screen TV were great. Beds were comfortable. The property itself is in a great location, a quiet residential area, 5 minutes from Tin City and 5th Avenue. A great dog park was about 7 min away. Close to grocery shopping and pharmicies. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Easy to reach and responsive. I'm sure the host is concerned about the list of items that we sent & am certain they will address them in a timely manner. I really struggled with this review, since the host does seem to be caring and attentive. But, at the same time there were things that affected our visit that could have been remedied prior to our arrival, had the host known about them. Following a renovation, there are always items that get missed. As stated, I believe the host is truly concerned about correcting discrepancies as soon as possible.

This is a small, clean house with the ideal Naples location. We loved the easy walk to the grocery store (Seeds) and a wonderful breakfast restaurant. We were able to explore the Beaches, downtown, tin city, dog parks, playgrounds, food trucks since everything is within 1.5- 2 miles (5-10 minute drive). The neighborhood felt very safe walking our dogs although there is a small yard as well. The house is well stocked with the basics if you decide to cook. We also found plenty of towels, toilet paper, and soap etc. so you dont have to immediatly run to the store. The photos are accurate and the house is tastefully decorated. The property management company and owner are excellent with communication and work hard to resolve any concerns. We were impressed by the level of service which is so often missed in vacation rental properties.

This property is comfortable and provides adequate space for a family with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and outdoor space. Any issues were promptly addressed!

The house has plenty or room with comfortable beds. Lots of comfortable couches for relaxing. We had a very enjoyable stay. The management and owner were very attentive to our needs and helpful in settling us in.

Kim was a great host. House had extra foil, toilet tissue, paper towels, etc., which we appreciated. The home is 3 BR's in a quiet neighborhood, 1.5 miles to town and was perfect for our three person golf trip.

Very nice 3 bed / 2 bath home. The house was very clean and the property manager responded to minor issues immediately. Great location, close to Tin City and many other attractions. Easy to get to from I75. We can't wait to come back and enjoy the water views.
