This was our first time staying in the Hamptons, and Maximilian was absolutely the best guide. From telling us which beaches to avoid, the best times to go, where to shop and which were the best restaurants, he knew everything about the area. In addition, when the house was missing items, all I would have to do is call him and he would run right over with whatever we needed--including a grill and lanterns for the gazebo!

My mother and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was magical and very well maintained. The Koi pond is beautiful and peaceful to sit by. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wishing for an amazing experience. Our host Maximillian really made sure our stay was comfortable and that we were familiar with the home and all the amenities. We look forward to hopefully staying again in the future!

A very unique property for a girls weekend getaway!

Loved our week here! Great property and close to sag harbor downtown. Would definitely love to come back. While the pool wasn’t heated, it didn’t really need to be as it was perfect temperature. There is plenty of sun and shade on the property that lounging and working from the pool area was very comfortable . Our dogs loved it as well. Perfect family vacation.

Upon our arrival we were greeted by Maximilian, our house host. He provided us a thorough walk through of the entire property. We immediately became drawn to his humor and knowledge of the area. The house was perfectly described in the Vrbo ad, however the pictures do not do this property justice. The architecture and interior designs do not disappoint. Max provided us with an exceptional list of restaurants and activities. Without zero hesitation we visited almost every suggestion and were thrilled to have met him. Only a knowledgeable local with fabulous taste could have set us up for such an incredible weekend. We 1000% recommend this gorgeous house for your next stay or any properties Maximilian is managing. He is an expert in hospitality and his energetic personally is contagious. What a wonderful experience! We’ll be back!
