We had the best time! Our son and daughter attend UF. The unit was in a great location and everything was just perfect!!!❤️❤️

Nice apartment and option for those visiting UF, but not ideal for a family larger than 4 or those with young children. We were not aware of the pool being closed for maintenance until arrival. While the host was communicative (although somehow unaware), he did offer an alternative solution by giving us access to another pool. Unfortunately, it was 2 miles away which was not an option for our 5 year old to walk to on a busy street in the Florida summer heat. Had we known, we would have changed our reservation and stayed elsewhere to avoid disappointing our kiddos who were hoping to spend some time swimming while our oldest was at a camp at UF. It also advertised "sleeps 6", and we were clear with our booking that we were a family of five, however there were only enough dishes and silverware for 4 people, so we were washing plates and utensils during meals. When traveling, we choose to stay in a rental opposed to a hotel because one of our children has severe allergies, so not having a kitchen stocked properly was an inconvenience. Having the ability to do laundry on a trip with young kids is another reason for our choice in booking, but the laundry room had water ALL over the floor (likely leaking from he HVAC), so hopefully the property manager fixes the issue before a bigger problem arises.
