Found this gem for us to visit with our grandson and family and to be near my mom (great grandma). This was a perfect space for us. The open spacious floor plan got plenty of use. Great seating for comfy TV streaming time with ample internet. Indoor fun for the cold nights at the pool table and darts. It was very cold weather so the solar heated pool was still cold but we braved it ONCE! The hot tub was welcoming though. We hoped for better weather to take advantage of the outdoor space but no luck. The kitchen got plenty of use since we cooked most of our meals to save but there are plenty of local options close by. The house location is in a nice quiet neighborhood yet close to favorite destinations. Ian was a great host and answered all calls and texts immediately and offered to come if needed. The 3 bedrooms and bathrooms and size of the house is plenty of space as advertised. There are a few books, a couple games and toys and pool floats, dishwasher, washer dryer, and extra fridge for your favorite drinks. It is pet friendly but I would not have known it unless I found the pet supply cupboard-No smells or evidence. This is a great find and I will choose it again for our next visit. It was comfy enough for my grandson to call it “Grandma’s house!”

Enjoyed our stay at this home. Traveled with our 2 adult boys and their girlfriends. Plenty of space in bedrooms and seating in living room. Hot tub was great (although the cover smells terribly of mildew which makes the patio area smell as well). Pool was too cold to swim in due to not much sun and cold temps but it would have been great if warmer. Kids enjoyed the pool table and putting together puzzles that were at the house. Dart board was not working and only 2 darts. I appreciated the use of the garage area and outside hose to clean shells I found at the beach.
House was well stocked with things we needed. Location was great and close to stores and places to eat. Neighborhood was quiet.
A few suggestions for this property: More lighting is needed in game room area as it’s very dark. Fix or replace dart board. Shower in master bath has no water pressure. Kitchen could use updating. Hot tub area smells strongly of mildew….I know this is a challenge to manage in Florida climate.
Overall a great stay for our family and would consider staying again on our next trip to the area.

This house was conveniently located to shopping, the airport, and beaches. Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to use the pool, but we used the hot tub everyday even when it was raining as it is located under an awning. The kids loved the pool table and other games it had to offer. It was also nice to be able to use the garage. Easy check-in and great communication by the owner.

This place is perfect for staying with kiddos. Definitely not the most up to date but clean and lots of fun stuff to do. Pool is technically heated but a little cold in November. Hot tub is great! Kids loved the pool table as well. Dart board could use a little upkeep or maybe just replacing but the owner said he would handle it.

This was our first VRBO experience. Ian was very responsive and kind. The place was ideally located for us and the pool & spa were the real star of the stay. We felt right at home.

Very pleased with the spaciousness of the house and the pool. Eight people can very comfortably stay in this house without feeling crowded. The pool is a very nice size and the location is very convenient.

Our family of 4 had a great time staying that rental, really sweet and cozy house very comfy! , we enjoyed swimming pool, hot tub, while we had rainy day we played pool table and darts. Very convenient area shops, restaurants, contryside mall (cant believe they do have ice skate inside! What a fun!) easy travel to beach. My favorite is honeymoon island beach it was very relaxed, and also went to clearwater beach, it was beautiful . Ian was a great host, would responds quickly if any questions asked. Highly recommend!

I stayed for four nights with my mini- Aussie Addie. The house and yard are extremely dog friendly.
It was quite fun to host my grandkids for a change. We enjoyed the pool, spaciousness of the house, darts, games and the pool table ! We will be back !!

This house was in a great location, quiet but close to all kinds of things—food, beaches and shopping. The house itself is a bit outdated, however, everything is very clean. The host responds quickly and we loved the pool. I would stay here again!

Overall had a fantastic stay. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and beach chairs/cooler. Pool table was in good working order. House was well stocked and clean. Ian was super responsive and friendly. The house was a little dated, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. But overall no issues and we would stay here again.

The house was great! Master bedroom was super comfortable. The pool and hot tub definitely made the stay! We were about 30-40 min drive from Clearwater Beach.

Very nice property. They’ll have everything you need to be comfortable. The pool is gorgeous. Very convenient location. Property manager Ian is super nice and very welcoming and responsive. Make sure to check out the Greek Village in Tarpon Springs!

Enjoyed our stay in Palm Harbor. House was easy to find and close to anything we wanted. Short drive to cute "downtown" Palm Harbor (great dining options); Honeymoon Island (we went shelling and hiking and came back for sunset); Clearwater Beach and Tampa airport each just a 30 minute drive. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms gave us all lots of private space, but the game area, living room and pool/hot tub space were awesome spots to hang out together. Would return.

The host was great, he responded fast and even brought us a nice bottle of wine. The house was nice, it is however priced too high for the current condition (photos need updated, as the photos posted are not of current state). The house is clean but it is dated and needs an update or refurb/refresh/new paint everywhere. The outside pool was very cold due to being cloudy and the solar panels would not heat the pool. The kids loved the hot tub! the outside area was great but very little grass vs what pictures show , especially compared to the other houses in the area. Access to the garage was awesome and greatly appreciated. Overall the house is good for a Florida stay and you get everything you need in this house, pool, hot tub and good house with a great host. We would stay here again but just not at this price range.

We absolutely loved our week at this property! There was plenty of room for our family of 7. There was a very nice air mattress that one family member used and said was super comfy. We spent a lot of time in the game room just hanging out and playing pool. The hot tub was also wonderful. The pool was a little too cold to swim, but not unexpected since we were there the last week in November. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (except we couldn't find a can opener), but plenty of dishes and pots and pans to fix meals. The beds were comfortable and the living room was a nice place to just gather and watch TV. We loved our week there and can't wait to go back again sometime! Thanks for everything Ian!

House was very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, although we did not cook. Would suggest upgrading the coffee maker as it took way to long to make a pot. We had a few issues and reached out to Ian, the owner. He came right over and fixed the problems. Very nice man and so responsive. Pool and hot tub were where we spent most of our time. Weather was a little cool while we were there so the pool was chilly, but the hot tub made up for that. The pool table and dart board were a fun addition. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.

Ian was a wonderful host. Very quick to answer any questions we had. The floor plan of the house is perfect since the bedrooms are on one side of the house and the living room/kitchen/game room is on the other. Since it was just my husband, mom and myself there was more than enough space.
The pool is a lot bigger than any other rental I have stayed at. The three of us had our own part of the pool and could spread out without running into each other.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and even little extras like you would have at home such as duct tape (never know when you might need it).
Being able to use the garage made the unloading and loading of the car much easier!
My only advice to make things better would be to have updated instructions for the TV (it took us a while to figure out which remote to use since there were several in a drawer and finally found the Roku box behind the TV). An ice maker would be nice, but buying bags of ice did take care of that.
This was my first trip to the Clearwater area and this home made our stay very enjoyable and hope to make it back again someday soon.

The house was as good as advertised in the description and the pictures. Our goal was to relax and get away from everyday life. We did just that with the pool, hot tub, pool table and games. We ventured out to Clearwater a couple of days, but really enjoyed the time at the house and how close everything was to the house. We would recommend the house to anyone looking to get away and relax. Ian was a great host adn answered all question quickly. Thank you, Ian!

This was our first time in this part of Florida and it was all perfect. The weather, house, Ian, location. Pool and hot tub was great after a beautiful day at the beach. Any issues we had Ian was on it and a great communicator. I will definitely be staying at this property again. Easy check in and check out. Only thing I would suggest is a TV in the third bedroom.

When we arrived we realized all the tvs were not working…the property manager quickly responded to my text and came to fix them at our agreed upon time. We had a very enjoyable stay, and our family enjoyed the pool and pool table especially!

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was available to us from towels to pool floats. The pool and hot tub were nice. There was a lot of space for our family of 4. The owner was a great communicator and very flexible with a later check out to ease our late flight going back home.

My family of five stayed here for a week. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and also used the pool table. Plenty to do at the home and in the area. The house was clean and met all expectations based on description, pictures and reviews. Ian was great and responded very quickly to any questions or with anything we needed. 10 day family trip
My family and I stayed for 10 days. We throughly enjoyed the pool and location of the house. There was everything you need in the kitchen and then some. We also had a dart and pool tournament.
