The place wasn’t really clean at arrival , bathroom,dishes, kitchen floor, carpet dirty and smelly A/C fans dusty and dirty I texted the office , they send someone next to clean the dishes and wiped the the bathroom in 10 min for the price I paid it wasn’t worth…. Requested refund or discount but that company is ver cheap The worst experience on 25 years renting places It should be 0 star Sorry

Close to everything, very good quiet environment.

My husband and I rented this place for our family of 5 to stay in while enjoying the beach and visiting friends and family for Easter/spring vacation. The house served us well! Beds were comfortable. The heat and AC worked when we needed them to. TV offered us several watching options. Dishwasher and washer/dryer were bonuses for us especially as a family with young children. We had enough room to have friends and family visit us while we were in town. We loved that tennis rackets and balls were available-we used the tennis court often! We did wish it was better maintained though-the court. There were a lot of cracks and debris on the court. The only thing that really bothered us was that the house had a stale smoke smell but I see from earlier comments that this concern has been ongoing and that the property manager is still trying to remedy that. Otherwise, the house was great for us! It was in a good location too-only a 10-15 minutes walk to Bethany Beach. We look forward to visiting again!

The location of this property is why I gave it two stars. It is a very convenient walking distance from the boardwalk and the beach. I can overlook cosmetic imperfections like peeling ceiling and wall paint. The fact that I took a towel off the towel rack in the bathroom and it fell off the wall didn’t bother me much nor did the folding closet door to access the washer and dryer completely falling off the hinges and onto my head as I bent down. But the seriously strong smell of nicotine smoke that permeates this entire property made our stay very unpleasant. This rental is advertised as a non-smoking property but the owners must know that this is an issue because there are multiple air purifiers throughout. There were ashtrays on the porches, and we left with all of our belongings reeking like cigarettes. This was a health and safety issue as my mother and daughter are asthmatic and coughed throughout our stay. Our calls to complain were passed onto the next person and when we were promised a return call and told we would likely be moved to a different property… That never came. Despite leaving feedback during check out we still have not heard from Vacasa. Don’t recommend.

We did like it’s location but between smoke smell of whole house and noise in master bedroom it’s hard to overlook dislikes with likes.

Did have a stale cigarette smoke smell. Says trolly picks up to transfer to beach but never received info on how to use it or a schedule. Would have liked to have a TV in bunk bed room. Nice, little, quiet area.

Spacious with lots of towels and soaps. Comfortable bed and central air was great. The house was abnormally dark unless every single light was on. Normal check in time of 4pm really put a damper on our plans for the day and caused us to waste a morning just waiting for the property to finish being cleaned. Also the thin windows facing the road right above the bedframe in the master bedroom is not the best for light sleepers. Overall just fine for a vacation rental.
