The property is very nice, the amenities was great, everything you would need was available for you. I had a problem with the temperature being adjusted by the host during sleeping hours. Upstairs and downstairs get very hot and the fans along didn't suffice. The property sleeps 12, initially I had 9 ppl that were staying at the property, I had to pay more money for 3 additional children that was added at the last minute, each child had to pay an additional 20 pp/ per night, for Utilities and everything, we were away from the property the majority of the day time so lights, air, and water was not utilized. The 2nd day we we away from the property from 10 am to 730pm, so no Utilities were used. The water became cold after 5 ppl showered, so we had to wait a couple of hours for the water to get hot again to shower from fishing all day. There was only 1 tower per adult and child, only 6-7 wash/face towels. We had to go purchase more towels (face/towels). I was charged for a 4 yr old and 10 year olds. Never-the-less, we had a great time with each other fishing.

We had a wonderful stay and the location was close enough to enjoy Joe Wheeler and Elk River with our grandchildren. We had fun playing corn hole and the large jenga that was provided. The kitchen had everything we needed. Outside patio was nice, could have been cleaner but that didn’t stop us from enjoying it. Overall I would recommend this property and the host was always quick to respond to any questions I had.

The host was super nice and accommodating. There was a cooling issue with the refrigerator on Thanksgiving morning. The host quickly handled the issue and brought us another refrigerator to the home. Also, the home was spacious and I loved that location was so peaceful.

We enjoyed a relaxing weekend spending with family!
