The property manager was really kind to my group and accommodated our many needs. The home is large, and perfect for friend groups. Lots of games (we had an epic Jenga battle) and a well equipped kitchen. When you see the home from

I think the property maximized space well. The space was more than adequate for our group of 9 both indoors and out in the backyard. We were able to easily to get a number of bars and restaurants near by and downtown (via reasonable uber rides).
We had no issues, other than one question upon check in which was listed with the instructions that I overlooked on accident. I messaged the owner and she responded right away.
We had a great stay and I would recommend it to any other large groups looking to stay in the Denver area.

This property caught our eye due to the backyard space and general location. We ended up spending most of our time in the backyard, which is big enough for a Kubb pitch, and it didn't disappoint. The street is a bit busy and loud, but we still walked a few blocks to Rise and Shine Biscuits (recommended). Everything was clean and overall we were very happy with our stay. Liz was very responsive via message and I'd recommend this house.

This is a great place to stay! The outdoor space is so fun with lots of fun outdoor games and a fire pit. It had everything we needed and the host was so helpful the whole trip. Highly recommend!

Liz’s place is awesome! We had 8 guys meet up in Denver for my brother’s bachelor party and could not have asked for a better set up. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the backyard area is perfect for hanging with the guys. I definitely recommend this property.

The property was well kept and suited our group. Location was great and the amenities were fantastic. Booking was straightforward and chatting with Liz was very helpful - she gave recommendations for our group and some pre-travel info about our stay.
I would very much recommend to any interested travelers looking for a single family home close to Denver!

Perfect for a bachelor party of 9- came right off hiking in the mountains to bocce ball on the lawn. Comfortably housed everyone, easy access to downtown. Thank you Liz!

This group of 8 older men have been travelling to March Madness Basketball games in different cities for over 10 years - this was one of our favorite stays - both the layout of the house and the location were great. The toys in the backyard were a fun diversion between games. Joyride brewing and West 29th, a short walk away, were a great place for drink and food respectively. (Check out the food trucks at Joyride!). The walk around the lake was great. Our ONLY heads-up for future guests is the TV has no cable - there's internet access and, I believe, Netflix, but you need to come with your own device and subscriptions if you want something more than that. One of our group had YouTube TV so we were able to watch all the games without a problem.

The Denver Den for 10 is a nice house in a good location. The beds are all comfortable and there is a lot of space for all guests to either be together or have some time apart from the group. Everything in the house is clean and communication with the owner is excellant. We will stay here again when visiting Denver.

We were in Denver for a conference (held downtown). The Denver Den was the perfect spot for us to land and recharge. Very spacious and with the cozy backyard we didn’t feel bothered by the busy road out front. The neighbors we quiet. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. Lots of space in what looks like a small house. We would definitely rent it again and recommend it to others.

The house has a fabulous yard with a lovely fire pit, great for hanging out. Location in general is great, close to a lot of restaurants and pubs, but being on the main road made it VERY loud. Difficult to sleep at night in the bedroom facing the streetm.
The actual home is quite worn, pictures online are a lot better than reality. The entire basement smells of mold and the bathroom downstairs has some major water issues. I was disappointed in the quality and cleanliness of the home. Will not rent this home again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Denver Den for 10. Six of us came in for my bachelor party trip, and it had plenty of living/sleeping and recreation space for everyone.
The Wheat Ridge and nearby areas were young and fun, full of great beer and food. It was quick and easy to get downtown from here, and it was a great central place to stay for going to Red Rocks, Pike Peak and Estes Park.

Great for a weekend with friends
The Denver Den was the perfect weekend getaway for our group of 7 friends. The property was very clean and well thought out and had plenty of space for our large group. Liz was also great with communicating and helping with anything that we needed throughout the weekend.

Great for Bachelor Party
We stayed here for our friends bachelor party in Denver. The house was the perfect size for the 8 of us with plenty of room to move around. The back yard was great to hang out in. We only had one issue with the toilet but the owner reimbursed us some for the hassle. Location is great, not too far from anything in Denver. We were able to Uber just about everywhere and it was affordable. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommended!
