The house is amazing and had everything we needed for our getaway….great kitchen, tv, WiFi and so comfortable. Andrea was super great on checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The town of Louisville is just a short walk and has tons of great shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

Pros; close to town, nicely updated kitchen, well equipped. Beds ok.
Cons: neighborhood run-down, very uncomfortable furniture in living room, airstream not available, noisy duck next to bedroom, weird air conditioner unit in bedroom venting through window. House is very old.
We have rented plenty of VRBOs and feel this was overpriced.

Spent Christmas here visiting my daughter & her husband! Hung out at the house and cooked, puzzles & Christmas movies!! Kitchen very well equipped! House is walking distance to coffee, Bagels, Ice Rink and tons of restaurants!! Great walkable location. Great communication from host, very accommodating !! We would definitely stay there again!!

We absolutely loved this property. Came to town for a wedding and was able to walk to and from the venue on Main St! The house had everything that we could've needed and loved its decor and style! Absolutely would book again.

Our stay was amazing home was furnished with everything we needed. Backyard was spacious enjoyed using the fire pit to spend nights outside. Owner was nice enough to allow us to have a small event one night (cake cutting) and checked in with us throughout our stay as well as answered all our questions we had. Would definitely recommend booking this home.

Great location! Very nicely remodeled, comfortable home. Andrea was very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in Louisville . The home is walking distance to the historic downtown area filled with restaurants and coffee shops. We hope to visit again someday.

The house was perfect size for us.
Well maintained and updated throughout.
The portable AC units did their job against the 95 degree heat.
One issue with the hot water heater but it was easy to relight and no further issues.
We would definitely stay again.
And as former Louisville residents, it was right by downtown shops and restaurants, so we could visit our old haunts.

We loved our time in this perfectly appointed home. Every detail was taken care of, and every amenity needed was available.
The home is perfect walking distance to the town, and I enjoyed the coffee shop across the street.
Andrea was so attentive, checking on us several times throughout our stay.

We had 4 generations come together in and around Lewisville for a bunch of great family dinners and photo ops. The house was perfect, we would stay there again in a heartbeat if we come back to the area!

Clean, cute property!! Right next to Old Town Louisville (short walk) where they have a ton of restaurants and some cute shops. There’s lots to do during the summer in Louisville. Andrea was easy to communicate with. Will rent this property again in the future.

Comfortable charming home with a five minute walk to downtown Louisville. The downtown area has restaurants, shopping, shave ice, and a great street fair on Fridays including live music. The home was perfect for our stay and an easy drive to CU Boulder where we went to a concert and also an easy drive to red rocks which is a must see. The home was well equipped and it had everything we needed. We spent most of our time on the fabulous front porch enjoying the weather rain and shine. The house is near a railroad track but it wasn’t an issue, no horns and the train maybe comes by twice a day carrying freight, we were never disturbed by it and didn’t hear it from inside the house. The owner checked in with us on arrival and departure and was available to easily contact if we needed anything. The neighbors are so kind and helpful and everyone in the town was so friendly we will definitely be back! Thank you!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay and wish it could have been longer.
The house is clean and comfortable with everything you could need. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but only 5 minutes walk from downtown Louisville and which has lots of shops and restaurants including many dog friendly ones. The location is ideal if you want to explor Denver, Boulder or the surrounding area.
Andrea is a friendly and attentive host.

This is a fun house, just as pictured, in an amazing location. We walked from the house all around Louisville, enjoyed the farmer's market, etc. Highly recommend!

This is a perfect vacation house in Louisville, CO. The house itself is comfortable, clean, and well stocked. I appreciated not having to do major cleaning before we left and that we had basic amenities. The property manager is very easy to communicate with and returns emails/ messages quickly. The location is walking distance to old Town Louisville and other shops and restaurants; close to Boulder as well. Highly recommend this property and we will stay here again.

In town for a family reunion. Everything was perfect. Host politely checked in frequently, just right, and made sure our stay was fun and comfortable. It was! Great location, walking to Main Street, restaurants and bars. We would definitely come back!

We stayed in Louisville while visiting some family nearby. Our boys loved the baseball field close by and the pond in the back yard! The kitchen was well stocked, and the home was very creatively furnished and cozy. We enjoyed the home’s proximity to restaurants and shops in Louisville, especially Moe’s bagels, just a block away! Andrea the owner was very attentive and easy to reach via text. We will certainly stay again in the future!

This property has everything you might want if you are visiting grown children in the Boulder/Louisville/Lafayette area. We hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for 8 adults, a toddler, and baby and 2 pups and never felt cramped. The home owner was always available for questions and very supportive. There was also the town of Louisville, which provided a delightful walk after the Thanksgiving feast.

My husband and I had a lovely week and half stay and the house was great!! The location is so close to historic downtown Louisville - just around the corner from Front and Main Streets where you can find fabulous restaurants, shopping, and breweries. Andrea was so good to work with - super responsive and checking in with us periodically to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend the property!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Andrea’s property, it was everything advertised and more. Super clean, well provisioned and comfortable, it was the perfect location for our trip to Boulder/Estes Park/RMNP. We even got an early check-in and especially enjoyed the back yard and fire pit, not to mention the ducks next-door!

This is an amazing house in a fantastic area! The house is well maintained, very clean and has a great vibe. I want this house as my own! It is a quick walk to a darling historic downtown and fantastic paths for walking, running or biking. The owner was receptive and friendly. I will absolutely stay again and highly recommend this property!

Andrea went out of here way to make our stay special as it was part of our 50th anniversary trip. We enjoyed the cottage and the historic area. This location was perfect for our day in Rocky Mountain National Park
