This is truly a 5 Star house and probably the best (of several) we have rented for a large gathering of family.The house, especially the kitchen, was very well equipped to handle the group with plenty of gathering space both inside and out.Tiffani made the check in easy and was very responsive when we needed a propane refill during the stay.The property has a country estate feel that contributed to a wonderful time.

Home was as advertised. Clean and spacious. Located in a quiet area on a dead end street. Home had all the supplies we needed for the beach. When we were not at the beach, we had plenty of space and entertainment to relax at home. We all enjoyed our stay.

The layout of the property is very good. Lots of space and the trees are absolutely beautiful! However we were told to put the garbage out to the curb, start a load of towels in the washer and also start the dishwasher. Not sure why we paid so much for cleaning. Never did this before. Overall stay was great!

We were 5 couples. The house exceeded our expectations. It is clean and comfortable.
The kitchen is amazing. The bedrooms are private and the beds are comfortable.
The pool and outside areas are paradise. The property Manager Tiffani is honestly one of the nicest responsive person that I have ever worked with. She was extremely accommodating.
Short drive to the beach, that is if you even want to leave the house.

This was a perfect space for our family for our sons wedding. Property manager was incredibly responsive to questions, she was just great. Can easily handle large groups. Large back yard was wonderful. Seating inside was a little sparse for such a large space but seating outside made up for the difference. Was a great fit for our needs.

This house was perfect for our needs; plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so that everyone had privacy and a huge kitchen, living room and outdoor patio where we could congregate and enjoy each other's company. The property manager was very attentive, even coming on Sat evening to attend to a (minor) equipment malfunction. We were very happy with our stay!

We gathered our family together for 50th anniversary vacation with my parents. This was the perfect destination for my brothers and our parents. The pool and atmosphere were perfect, we were so close to the beach, and Florida is always sunny! Tiffany , the property manager was fantastic! Her attentiveness in communication was impeccable. We would love to stay here again in the future!

I have give 5start to Tiffany!!! I’m so happy to chose this welcome home! It feels like you own home. All my family and I enjoying our stay!!! Excelente Clean neat. I ask also for early entry because of my new born baby and she let me entry earlier since we flight and got early. And very happy and thankful for choosing to stay at this lovely house.

This was perfect for our extended family to stay together! We ranged from 1.5 years-80 years and all loved it. Very clean space, beautiful pool, and well equipped kitchen. The beach chairs were such a nice touch!
Tiffani went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and respond quickly to any needs we had!!

The house was perfect, along with the property manager! The house was clean and had the perfect amount of space for my large family. The pool was clean, necessities were provided and communication was excellent. If you are looking for the perfect place, this is it. Will definitely be returning in the future. :)

She was extremely responsive and worked around our time conflicts to have someone come get it fixed. We had the best time and will def be back to stay here again.

Amazing Bachelorette Weekend
I came into town for my bachelorette party and even with 10 women, this house has plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The beds were great, the location was perfect, and the house was super cute! The hot water heater was just replaced & needed to be adjusted during our stay, but working with the property manager Tiffani was easy and very pleasant. She was extremely responsive and worked around our time conflicts to have someone come get it fixed. We had the best time and will def be back to stay here again.

Can’t say enough great things about our stay. The house is newly renovated, absolutely gorgeous and in pristine condition. And so much room - we were 10 (4 adults and 6 teens) people and we had so much space! Our property manager Tiffani was a delight - so responsive and helpful. And there were so many wonderful amenities and little touches to make our stay extra comfortable. From the bounty of oversized beach towels and toiletries to the fully stocked kitchen with the full cabinet of Yeti cups for poolside drinks to the drawer full of coffee ‘fixings’ that delighted my teenagers :-)! The pool was lovely and when we couldn’t get the heat on, Tiffani came right over to take care of the problem. The beach at Indian Rocks is a short drive away but the house is so great, we only went to the beach one day during our stay. Thanks for a wonderful stay…my only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!! We’ll be back!!

Great place to stay near Clearwater
My siblings and our families had a great time staying here. The backyard was a great place for the kids to play, the heated pool was clean and had plenty of seating, the gas grill and gas fire pit made cooking and relaxing outside easy.
The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes, and the dining room had plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a meal together.
