Lacking typical amenities. (Shampoo, kitchen limited, etc). Overall cleanliness was poor. The house appeared not ready for tenants. There was hair on all the beds as well as floors throughout the house. We specifically asked for a high chair that they said could accommodate. It was in the closet full of mold. The manager did come out to replace it during our stay.
The location was nice as well as convenient to the beach and restaurants. Just needs to be kept better with more outside appeal.
Compared to other properties we have stayed at, this one was disappointing.

Home was lovely. Although there were no utensils, pots and pans to use, kitchen was depleted.

Stayed in town for the air show and this was the best of locations…walking distance to everything but just out of the traffic. Nice neighborhood. Yard area in the back could use a little love but the house was super clean and open and airy. Excellent communication with the property manager. Overall excellent experience!!

This is a great location and is perfect for a family stay. I have been using VRBO’s for years and even though I don’t have littles anymore, I was impressed with amenities at the property for young families. The property owners were very responsive and eager to make it a great stay.

This is a big house! Just a few blocks from Jax BCH and if you draw that line you are right in the middle of the bars/ restaurants at the beach. Home has a combo car port/ outside location to sit. Management is very quick to respond and attentive. Right price in right location

House is in disrepair and was not cleaned well. After multiple emails with management company we did get the cleaning fee refunded. Not worth the money but great location.

Eric was very responsive to accomdating our changing needs. His responses to emails were timely and informative. The entire experience was very enjoyable.

Hidden gem! If u r looking for a quiet neighborhood this is the place for you! Nice layout in the house, loved the kitchen! 4 blks to the beach!

The house itself is in a good location and is a good size. However, the place is very unsanitary and not very well kept.
-Several nights I heard what ended up being a squirrel in the attic.
-There were rat droppings on the floor.
-The dishes and cookware were so disgusting that I just purchased new cookware and ran all the dishes utensils, and cups through the dishwasher before using any of the items.
-Almost all the blinds were broken and unusable.
-Curtain rods were broken in the bedrooms.
-The toilet in the main bedroom would run throughout the night.
-The shower in the main bedroom randomly started dripping.
-The laundry room smelled like mold and consisted of trash.
-The dining table had dried food stuck on it. I had to scrub the entire table before I felt safe using it.
-The couch pillows also had dried food stains.
Overall this was not a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed the place. There were some issues in the beginning as the previous people didn’t want to leave. This put pressure on the cleaners.
Only one family ended up staying there but we opened presents there and held two dinners for 13. Of course we had to bring card tables and folding chairs.

Process leading up was a little clunky since it’s managed by a company. The place smelled pretty sterile when we came in. Make sure you wash the dishes before use. The ice maker was fixed, then broke again filling the freezer with ice. The house is solid for the price though! Enjoy the neighborhood and the beach anyway.

My husband and I needed a place close to Jax Beach for a family wedding and this was the perfect place for what we needed. It let us and the family who stayed with us wake up to a leisurely chat in the living room over coffee and tea before jetting around to the wedding venue. The home was clean, easy to find, and comfortable! Eric was an amazing PM to work with! Would definitely recommend!

Classic Beach Home!
Everything was great! Eric was very responsive which made things so easy when we weren't sure if our friends would be able to come. He was so accommodating, giving us time to figure it out and even letting us bring their dogs for a day during the stay. The house is perfect for an easy, relaxed get away. Nothing fancy, but when you're covered in sand, who needs fancy? We had babies so we didn't brave the walk to the beach, but it is a quick pop over to the pier parking for beach access or down to any of the public accesses nearby. What IS in walking distance is one of the best coffee shops I've been to in Jax Beach - definitely give Sago Coffee a try during your stay. The only downside was not having any beach chairs or umbrellas... a must have for the heat in the summer. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. 🙂

My husband had appointments at the Mayo Clinic. We chose Jacksonville because my husband loves the beach. The home was in a quiet neighborhood and the beach was close so we could unwind. The property managers were helpful with anything we needed. I would stay again at any of their properties

Perfect location, beautiful home, SUPER COMFY BEDS, overall great stay!
A few friends and I stayed here as accomodation for a beach volleyball tournament. This was perfect because it was a 2 minute drive from the beach and made everything extremely easy for us. The house itself was beautiful and spacious and we had such a great time! There are many great little touches in regards to amenities, and the kitchen was huge and great for cooking. I also thought the beds/mattresses were insanely comfortable. I slept like a baby both nights. I would 10/10 stay here again!
