Great place

Enjoyed staying at the Mangy Moose. Very comfortable and functional. The only issue is that the front door keypad would not work after the first day. Contacted the property manager and it took two days for someone to come out to the property to replace the batteries. Otherwise, it was great.

Very impressed with home upon arrival. Found many issues after short time of arrival. Notified property management and they sent handy man to fix what could be initially. Couch was broken in area for tv watching (less than comfortable) furniture in main area very worn, no TV in that room, dining window was broken, lights flicker horribly and are not usable in more than one area unless you want a major migraine. Light in laundry/half bath was not working at all and wasn’t able to be fixed for our stay, moved a lamp in there. Handle in master bath literally fell off (they fixed that) the shower curtain in master buckles constantly, have to be very careful. Bring your own cooking utensils, has a mish mash of items but I found it less than desirable for cooking. Home is absolutely beautiful but the need for maintenance certainly detracted from its beauty. In spite of all of this it was a great location for accessing the park and we did see a momma moose with her baby just a short way down the road in the river. The home served its purpose but was not as great an experience as we’ve had with VRBO in the past!
