This was a beautifully updated 2 bedroom home with a den in close proximity to Sunlight Mountain. We were able to comfortably sleep with our family of 6 (kids age range 6-15). The kitchen was great and had all necessary amenities needed to cook. Jon was very responsive to any questions that we had. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to book this property again.

Very nice property. Completely updated and very clean. We used this as a base to explore the area. Some fishing, a little hiking but mostly exploring the area. Very easy to downtown Glendale Springs but also not far from Snowmass, Aspen and Woody Creek.

Fantastic place! Yard was perfectly manicured and the home's condition was like new. Never stayed in a VRBO so well maintained! Very comfortable and in a great, quite location! Loved it!

Home is older but totally new inside. Nicely done and easy to get in and out. Could use more comfortable seating inside but overall a really nice property to rent. Thanks for having us.

This property is ideal for a vacation rental in Glenwood - especially for 2 couples. It’s close enough to town for easy access to all activities. The location is very quiet and serene. Everything we needed in the home was there - and it was very clean!

We loved the property!! Beautifully house right along the roaring fork river. We took a very short walk & got to see the amazing views from the river. We skied, soaked, eat, & went sight seeing. This home was perfect for our family of 4. The location was perfect. The views just sitting on the couch were absolutely stunning. The beds were comfy & the home was very cozy. We will be back!!

Beautiful modern home near downtown area and accessible to hiking trail. Enjoyed relaxing sunsets on the deck. Also, got to see plenty of wildlife during our stay.

Very clean, modern home in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the River ideal for fly fishing. Our “wish list” - the kitchen stocked with a few more utensils, wine glasses, and a starter kit of coffee/tea for day of arrival. Also for future guests awareness, restaurants/stores are not in walking distance. Other than that - a perfect stay!

Beautiful, cozy cabin
Beautiful, cozy cabin in the perfect location. Close to town, yet felt like we were in the mountains. Beds were comfortable. Outside seating was great to relax after a busy day.

This property is in a great location, in a small, quiet neighborhood near a river, a short drive from the downtown center, and close to both walmart and Coloradough. Setting and the interior of the home is beautiful and clean

Would have been great to have a fire in the three seasons room, but still enjoyed our stay. Glenwoods Springs is a quiet gem. We loved the town and the hot springs.

Really nice space
Space was nice for our family and was clean and appeared as advertised. Would have been helpful to have more practical cups, glasses utensils, plates. Noticeably absent was a spatula. All these are easy fixes; had they been there, I would have rated this place as one of the best VRBO's we stayed in.

The home was clean and cozy, had just nearly everything we needed, communication with owners was top notch, super easy check in/out, just great all around! We would 100% book here again! Refreshing…and fun!
Staying at this property was refreshing! Great area to tackle all the surrounding Colorado adventures. Responsive hosts when bears knocked down a fence in the middle of the night. Also enjoyed two cubs that played in the back at 3 AM (don’t worry - none in sight during the day). River is nearby. A brewery within walking distance (though was closed while we stay). Beautiful Mountain View.
Enjoy! You can’t go wrong with Carly and Jon’s place. I am thankful when people open up such thoughtful investments for the rest of us to enjoy.
