The location perfectly met our needs. Nice townhouse - a little dated, but, as two New Englanders moving back from out of state, this was just as we remembered coming to Bretton Woods for skiing many years ago. The property has everything you need, and it is quiet and clean. We would stay there again.

Nice stay for my family of 4. Very clean and kids had their own room. Easy and quick access to the mountain with a quick check-in and friendly property manager.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo with a wonderful location for skiing at Bretton Woods! It is a short trek over to the bunny slope which gets you to all the major lifts. Communication with the management team was prompt and they were very accommodating. If I were to offer a suggestion it would be to update the kitchen items to include steak knives, a chef's knife, and food storage containers.

The place was beautiful, we stayed in this ski resort before many times. The beds in the guest room were horrible. They were bumpy and hard. I slept on the floor two nights and the cold night on the couch. PLEASE spend a few dollars and but beds that are possible to sleep in. The rental agency offered to move us to another unit, but due to the move disturbing my friends we stayed and I was uncomfortable.

When we booked, the way the description was written led us to believe that we would have access to everything at the Mt. Washington hotel, including the pools. This is not the case, and we would not have booked this unit had we known.
You can see from the photos that the property is dated, but it's functional and clean. The AC was essential to our comfort as some of the days we were there, the temperature was in the 90s.
The mattresses are quite uncomfortable.

Great Ski Vacation
The property is definitely dated, which I knew going in, however, it was super clean. The only complaint I have is that the dryer was broken. The property manager was willing to take our wet clothes and dry them off site for us, which we took advantage of once to clean our ski gear.
It’s a short/easy walk to the bunny slope. It was perfect for our ski getaway and I’d go back.
