While the location, cleanliness, and most amenities (e.g., outdoor hot tub) were excellent, we encountered some issues during our stay:1. The kitchen oven was not functioning properly (it barely warmed up even after 2 hours of pre-heating), which unfortunately ruined our main dish for the night. It had to be thrown away next morning. Since the preparation for the NYE dinner started late on December 31st, we realized there was an issue too late to call for assistance.2. The advertised fireplace was out of order. While this might not have been a significant issue during any other time of the year, it was disappointing on NYE. Despite our attempts to start the fireplace and a call for help on December 30th, someone arrived the next day, performed troubleshooting, and left, mentioning the need to call a third-party contractor for a fix.3. One sink in the bathroom attached to the main bedroom was not working.In summary, this property boasts some great features, but the maintenance needs to improve to match its price tag.

Wonderful house for 4 adults and 5 teens! We especially loved the hot tub and location to the slopes at Keystone. A 2 minute drive to the parking lot at the gondola or a 5+ minute walk to the shuttle.

The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you could have asked for and more. The location is close to many sites and resources. The checkout was very easy. The only issue we had was the temperature of the house would not go above 68 degrees and at the time the fireplace wasn’t working, which I believe would have fixed that problem.

I was particularly impressed with the variety of cookware, making dinner was a lot of fun. Some of us were complaining that the beds were too firm but I thought they were great.

The property is nice and central in Keystone. We stayed for a work event and had no problems at all. I do recommend this for everyone, but watch for the wild life. We had a couple of black bears walking around at night, setting off the lights. Didn't get a good picture though.
