The unit is beautiful and very clean.

Property management was excellent, hotel is beautiful. A few of us stayed here for my sister's bachelorette and it was a great shared space.

The concierge was extremely helpful in arranging a special surprise for my husbands birthday. Beware of VRBO! My family had confirmed reservation in March....3+ months later, day b4 we arrive, reservation is cancelled. Cancellation was start of 36 hrs of stress magnified by VRBO unresponsiveness. What made it worse was farce that VRBO was going to help us. Initially I spoke to a rep in a dept specifically for cancellations. She told me plainly that her dept would find us a replacement prop & they had access to more properties. We spent 45 min as she asked questions to ensure they'd find something comparable. The rep noted they were willing to accommodate a slightly higher price. Now 2-3 hours later when I hadn't heard back I called & was told plainly by next rep that VRBO was NOT going to find replacement property rather I needed to. Summer in South Beach Miami, the day b4 you arrive, you can only imagine the shortage of options. Hours later I did find something but of course it cost more. As instructed I emailed VRBO link & was told they'd respond. Upon hearing they might not respond until after I arrived next day was ridiculous because what if listing is no longer available. Guess what we arrive in Miami, it's 3:30 p.m. & they've not yet approved or denied. We're across the country with nowhere to stay!! I keep calling only to be fed more baloney and supposed higher elevation of status. After another 45 min call that ended at 5 pm w/ rep hanging up on me I'm fed up. It's nearing night time w/ family of 6 sitting in rental car. I'm left w/ little choice other than to make my own reservation w/out coordinating thru VRBO cancellation dept. Luckily I find decent place, bad luck it's VRBO listing, I was also looking thru Expedia & Travelocity. Because it's 5:30 pm VRBO doesn't enable reservations for tonight. UGGH! What to do but make reservation for ensuing nights. Right after I finally get response from VRBO approving listing I'd sent them the day before so I check to see if still available....not surprised to find it wasn't. Great VRBO (sarcasm) didn't help find a replacement prop & because you took 24+ hours to approve replacement it was no longer available. Thank goodness I'd just made separate reservation for some portion of our trip. Now stage 2 of VRBO nightmare. Agents & hosts of property misrepresented property specs (missing bed), rates higher than listing, rudeness, & take it or leave it attitude. There's more to say but this review only allows so many words. No thank you VRBO, you are terrible.
