We had a lovely stay. The home was in a wonderful location. Close to the beach, downtown and all that we wanted to do. The weekend went just as I had hoped. Our youngest son goes to Hope. Our oldest son and his friend took the train in from Chicago and our daughter drove from Indiana like us and we all gathered to celebrate both boys’ birthdays. We had two family dinners at the house, enjoyed the farmer’s market, went to the beach, had lunch at DeBoer’s and shopped. It was a great weekend!

We were extremely happy with both the location and the condition of the home. It's a short distance from Holland State Park as well as to downtown Holland. In terms of the home itself, it had ample space and was laid out well for our needs. Our kids loved playing with the foosball table and games downstairs while we were there. The beds were also extremely comfortable which was a nice (but very important) bonus. Another item to mention is that the wifi speeds were very solid. The property owner kept great communication with us as well. I would definitely stay at this location again and would recommend to others looking to experience Holland!

The house, the neighborhood, the beds, everything was great! So clean and comfortable, and the basement was a great extra space for the kids. Propane grill really sealed the deal! Thanks for creating such a wonderful place

We had a wonderful 4 night stay here during our family summer trip to Holland. Very convenient to family activities (beach, blueberry farms, fairgrounds, restaurants, downtown, etc), enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably (2 adults, 2 kids) and nice conveniences like coffee, laundry and bikes available. The neighborhood was very nice and safe as well. Would definitely book again.

This lovely home was perfect for a short getaway with four of my grandchildren. Very clean, many amenities, and plenty of space for games and quality family time, and the host was easily accessible. Also a short drive to beaches and downtown Holland and many other local attractions. Would definitely stay again!

It was 3 sisters, 1 sister in law and our 93 year old mother. It was a perfect place for us! Centrally located for our activities. Fell in love with the neighbors in the back yard!! Our whole visit was perfect!
The only recommendation would be to add a mirror in each room!

Eric was great! He was so helpful! The house was as described and was in an excellent location. The house was very clean and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definetly stay again next time.we are in Holland!

We loved this place! Plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing between the four bedrooms, living room, entertainment room downstairs, game room downstairs, the beautiful backyard where we spent each evening enjoying a fire. Friendly neighbors, well-equipped kitchen and supplies… every detail was considered, and owner was really responsive. Can’t say enough about this home. It was a wonderful experience!

This is an enchanting little house in a beautiful neighborhood.The place was spotlessly clean and the host addressed any of our needs with a moments notice. The house is light and airy and my whole family loved it. The neighbors were very friendly and brought us a plate of grilled fish that they had caught in the lake. The house is only a few minutes away from downtown and the beach. We had a great time and I highly recommend this place to others

Convenient location
The house was centrally located to all we wanted to do while in Holland. We had room to spread out and our 20- something kids loved having bikes available to use.
Erik was easy to work with and communicated in a timely manner.

Extremely Satisfied
I rented this VRBO for my three Adult Children, my three Grand Children and Myself. We all found this ranch style home VERY spacious. It was decorated nicely, up-to-date and clean. The fully finished basement made play time a great place for the Grand Children to run around in and the Foosball Table kept them plenty entertained. The layout of the house was great because the adults could be cooking in the kitchen and still be able to watch the Grand Children playing in the nice size back yard just outside the large sliding glass/screen doors. Also provided were bikes for the family to ride through this quaint, quiet, and beautifully landscaped subdivision that had very little automobile traffic. Not only is the neighborhood very lovely, the neighbors themselves are extremely pleasant and friendly. One of the neighbors was even kind enough to pop-on-over with a generous helping of fresh caught salmon plated-up that he’d just fried up with an awesome recipe that made it melt in your mouth. NOW, you can’t beat that! Thank you Eric, you have got a nice rental home here and I would NOT hesitate to do business with you again in the future! ~Doreen

I would 100% recommend staying at this house. They had everything you needed! It was clean and well taken care of.
