We had a comfortable stay in Tucson in the Casa Verde. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable mattress in the primary, close to grocery store, Walmart and restaurants. We had our dog along and it was close proximity to a nice walking path for our daily exercise. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in Tucson.

Amazing house, amazing pool, amazing hosts! Can’t speak enough good things about this property! Thank you so much for your understanding and privacy during our stay- really did feel like home away from home but with a pool! Thanks again for the great stay!

Form the initial reservation through our stay, Shannon was responsive and easy to work with. We found the home to be clean, nicely appointed, and comfortable, with easy access to grocery shopping. We enjoyed the pool and patio areas as well as the corn hole game.
While the property is a bit longer of a drive to the UA campus and airport than hotels we've stayed at in Tucson over the past seven years of having two of our children attend and graduate from the university, it met our needs this past week and we'd definitely consider renting the home again for longer stays such as this.
When the air conditioning stopped working, it was Shannon who reached out to us ti inquire and stayed with it, checking in, and getting a repairman out by the following morning.
We would definitely recommend this property and host!

We spent 5 days here, and it was wonderful! We were super close to Saguaro, but also only a 10 minute drive from a Walmart. The house was well maintained and truly looks just like the photos, and the pool was larger than anticipated! Owners were friendly and responded quick to our questions. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Shannon’s airy, comfortable, beautifully remodeled and decorated house in a quiet neighborhood. She is a very responsive host.

This home was perfect for our trip. The neighborhood was quiet and a great location. It was easy getting to the dessert, downtown, and the Air Museums. Great restaurants and grocery stores were nearby. The backyard was very generous in size and the pool ,although not heated, worked for us just fine. The place was well stocked with all the supplies we required. The entire home was squeaky clean and in great working order. The best part was our host, Shannon. She was the best at meeting our needs with clear instructions and guidelines for our stay and responded quickly to all our questions. We will be back!

This property was just what we were looking for. Close proximity to walking trails and grocery stores. Easy access to downtown. The house was clean and welcoming, had great space for all of us! Definitely recommend this owner and property. It has everything that we needed. Smooth communication with owner.

The house was perfect for our family trip to Tucson for the Rock and Gem Show. Beautiful home and back yard. Wish it had been warmer to enjoy the pool!

The home is appointed very nicely and the accommodations are comfortable. Our family had space to enjoy our snacks in the kitchen nook or counter or outside by the pool.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms are clean, cute and simple. The living area is sufficient with comfortable seating and a nice size TV. The laundry room is generous and supplies are generous.
The home is the best one on the block. Covered parking is a plus, but the space is rather snug.

We loved to explore in the morning and spend the afternoons and evenings relaxing at Casa Verde. It was easy to be together with plenty of space for our family of 6. Dad's weekend at U of A
Nicely updated property with lots of room for our group. The backyard has a great pool and tons of room for games and hanging out. We had a bbq with our daughters roommates and their parents and it fit all of us well. The neighbors are quiet and the location is close to shopping and restaurants.
