We loved the condo with the balcony overlooking the river. Condo was very nice. Didn’t like that when we messed up door code , we had to wait an hour as the owner did not provide a phone number. I can see waiting 5-10 minutes.

We had an absolute wonderful time. Our biggest problem was the noise from other guest especially in the above unit. The people above us were having a great time and really loud. The condo was in a wonderful location although I don't think it was really walkable if you were heading out to party. Uber is great & inexpensive!!! We LOVED the groundhogs!! My Phone # was in the locking system incorrectly, but thank God the agent answered my call when I couldn't get in the unit & we figured that out. Overall it was a wonderful weekend with my dear friends!!!!

My sister and our spouses enjoyed our 3 night stay...we needed towels and they were delivered promptly. Checkin and out was easy, and given an early afternoon arrival, we appreciated early checkin.

Stayed here with my 77-year-old parents and two middle school-age daughters. 5 of us. Perfect place for our needs. 2 bathrooms. Comfy beds. Well-stocked kitchen. Table for cards. Deck with view of the Cumberland River. Can get to all the museums and food via 5-7 minute drive or 20-25 minute walk. Pool overlooking the river and it was never too crowded during our stay. Everyone was comfortable during our stay and sad to leave.

Owner had coffee for us so we could brew it. That was nice. Great AC! Place could have been a tad cleaner. Good view of Cumberland River.

Easy check in to this stylish condo! Walking distance to many activities and an inexpensive Uber ride to the local destinations as well.
Condo was well appointed and clean!
Would definitely stay here is IF it were guaranteed that the people on the floor above were going to be gone-their foot steps were a bit loud.

Great location. Close to everything. Nice view of the river. Walls are very thin and you can hear the people above you all night. Recommend ear plugs. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

Stay was acceptable had a great time only issue was the noise from unit above. Footsteps, talking you could even smell their breakfast.

Condo needs a good cleaning. Shower in hall bath leaked and had mold around the bottom. The walls and floors were paper thin! We were awaken every morning around 2 am by the people upstairs. They stomped continuously, cursed and yelled loudly and at one point-we could hear them vomiting in their bathroom. We could even hear what movie they were watching in the living room. The neighborhood is not very nice so it’s really not safe to walk to broadway. We definitely won’t recommend or stay here again.

Overall a decent condo. But the floors, cabinets, tub were all uneven/sloping. The area is not great - abandoned parking lots, construction debris, etc. Can walk to and from downtown but does not feel safe (maybe it was the 3 bail bonds places we passed??). The biggest issue was the automatic door lock. It did not work when we arrived. The host answered his phone immediately and let us in. On our last night, it did not work at all. The host did call back after we left a message and he let us in. He sent people out to fix the lock (by now it was 10 pm) and we did not feel comfortable letting people into our condo while we were out. So, we missed an entire night (Sat) out of the 3 nights we were there as it took over an hour to fix. Tainted our stay for sure.

The property was very nice. There were 4 of us and we were all very comfortable. Unfortunately, there is quite a bit of construction going on at the complex, as well as in the general area. We asked last minute if we could check in a day early. We were graciously accommodated and host made it very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect condo for our girls getaway weekend! The place was spotless and super comfortable with the great view of the Cumberland River being a bonus! It was a short Uber ride to Broadway and while technically it’s close enough to walk, it was a pretty good hike. Val and Stella were great hosts and everything we needed was provide. Instacart delivered our online grocery order easily and quickly. I would definitely recommend this cute little condo for a fun weekend on Broadway!

We visited Nashville for the first time as a group of 6 (3 couples) and found this spot to be excellent! Close enough to walk downtown and Broadway and could walk to Nissan Stadium as well! The property was very clean and the a/c on for our arrival. Val was very responsive and welcoming!! Tons of amenities too and the addition of coffee and snacks was a thoughtful addition! We all would highly recommend this property!

Nashville July 2022
Clean and easy to access. Comfortable and homely. Hosts were kind to leave snacks, and coffee, tea, water. Walking distance to the happening parts of Nashville bit more than the 15 minutes in the property description and photos make the place appear bigger than it actually is but will highly recommend it. Hosts kept in touch throughout and that gives comfort. 👌

Very clean and comfortable
The property is a little off the beaten path however once you experience the crowds and noise on Broadway, going back to a quiet area was nice. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The host left some snacks and cold water which was much appreciated. We had trouble connecting to the WI-FI but the host was quick to respond. The reason I gave the property location 4 stars was because we were excited to have the first floor right along the river but there is so much overgrowth, you can’t see the river. All in all we enjoyed staying at this property.

This condo was very clean and I loved the fact there was already coffee there! There were also other things like cotton balls/swabs, q-tips, and other products available!

This is a great condo in an convenient location. We were able to walk to lots of restaurants and bars. The owner left some snacks and some cold bottles of water for us when we arrived. Condo is decorated very cute and “Nashville” like. Check in and check out we’re very easy.

Was a interesting stay. But it was more of a apartment, and there are lots of apartments. Pool was very far away. Only one tv remote worked. River view was not as nice as I would have thought. Also host was not willing to do anything to help.

The condo was clean, quiet, had great kitchen set up, and very close to the night life we enjoyed. We ubered to the Broadway night life and enjoyed the short walk home. Most condos give you 1 roll or TP for your stay. Diane provides more than needed for your stay. It was nice to have snacks waiting in the condo after the 8 hour travel day. I would highly staying at this Condo. I know we plan to return soon.

This was our 2 adult children’s first (not last) time in Nashville. The Nash dream condo did not disappoint. The condo had everything I needed to cook our first Thanksgiving away from home. The condo was clean, quiet, had great kitchen set up, and very close to the night life we enjoyed. We ubered to the Broadway night life and enjoyed the short walk home. Most condos give you 1 roll or TP for your stay. Diane provides more than needed for your stay. It was nice to have snacks waiting in the condo after the 8 hour travel day. I would highly staying at this Condo. I know we plan to return soon.

It’s hard to tell that the parking and condos are both under the roof of the same building, so that was convenient Also from the pictures the condo looks larger, however it was very adequate for our family of six adults. Everything was clean, the towels were soft and thick and smelled nice. The coffee and treats were appreciated as were the grocery stores close by. The neighbors above us were very loud and partied into the night. The grass area by the river was full of wrappers that had been mowed over so there were shredded pieces all over. The patio sitting area was misleading as it would have been nice if the trees were trimmed as we really couldn’t see much of the river. However we did have some excitement on the river as the police were looking for someone, so there were several police on our grounds, police cars on the bridge and a rescue boat in the river where they did pull someone out of the water. With all that said, we had a great time, our host was very helpful and the price was right. Good memories by all!

Girls extended weekend trip to Nashville! The condo was nice and had everything we needed. Our host, Diane, was extremely helpful with some great ideas of fun things to do and nice restaurants. There sure is a LOT to do and see in Nashville ... we had a wonderful time!!

WE FOUND THIS PROPERTY ON VRBO. IT HAS ENOUGH ROOM FOR AT LEAST 6 PEOPLE. WE ARRIVED LATE AND HAD NOTHING TO EAT. SNACKS WERE PROVIDED AND WE COULD NOT BE MORE THANKFUL.
PROPERTY WAS CLEAN AND BEDS WERE MADE AND READY TO SLEEP IN. THE KITCHEN WAS JUST BIG ENOUGH FOR OUR NEEDS. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THE DECK. WE WERE EXCITED TO SIT OUTSIDE, AND LOOK AT THE RIVER,
BUT NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR ALL OF US.
DIANE THE PROPERTY OWNER WAS FANTASTIC. EVERYTIME I SENT AN EMAIL, SHE RESPONDED QUICKLY AND WAS KIND.
