We were very pleased with the house, entry and exit were very easy! The house was clean and tidy and there was plenty of room to park two trucks. The only down side was that the neighbors were not very respectful late at night with revving car engines at 3:00am and some drunken shouting at the same time. That in no way was our hosts fault.
Couple things that could be addressed inside was a light over the sink, another on over the coffee area and the light over the stove did not work.
We hope as guests we left the house in good order, we did use the vacuum provided to clean the carpet under the dinning room table and the Livingroom.
All in all it was a good place to stay, it was convenient to the wedding we attended and lots of restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at the house and would again. The only issue we had is with the floors. Every time we walked around barefoot, our feet turned black. The infant we had would have black legs after crawling around on the floor. I don’t know if it was a residue from the mopping but it definitely needs to be addressed. Other than that issue, the house was perfect for our vacation!

Location was great, easy to get places and the house was clean and comfortable. Hosts were great and made everything very easy.

Good location with 2 off street parking spots. House is in decent shape and the host was very responsive. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and both bathrooms were nice. Stairs were very steep and thin but worked ok for us. The only challenge we had was the temperature upstairs as the A/C was mainly cooling downstairs, The master with the King bed was hard to cool with the window A/C in the middle room.

Property was good as described!! Comfortable place to stay!! neighbors that the driveway is shared with were wonderful! Only thing is the upstairs gets fairly warm to our likes for sleeping! Downstairs was nice and cool, the AC system just couldn't get it very cool upstairs, except for the one room that had a window unit.The thermostat was controlled remotely i believe by the owners!!

Great place only 20 mins out of oxford. Clean with everything you need to cook, eat, and sleep. Great food nearby in Oxford.

Recently updated, clean, roomy home allowed us to have a nice relaxing visit with our daughter who attends Miami U. Owner responded immediately to my messages and took care of questions/issues right away. Great location not too far from Oxford and super close to restaurants, etc in downtown Hamilton.

We had an excellent experience at this Hamilton home! I stayed with my fiance, my mom, and my brother and his girlfriend. The home very comfortably accommodated all five of us. There was off street parking for our cars. The lock keypad was very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with materials which allowed us to cook. The common spaces were very large and comfortable. The home was VERY clean. Highly recommend!

Inside was apparently remodeled very well and clean. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Overall - great!
Drive in and out needs resurfacing. Mentioning there are stairs would be beneficial in our decision because 2 family members had knee replacement surgery so the up and down was slightly difficult but they managed.

This was the perfect location to give my daughter and her roommate a break from dorm living and a little TLC (with some home cooked meals) . The owners were VERY responsive with communication and SO accommodating to allow us to check in early (12:00 vs. 4:00)!
The house appears to have recently been renovated. It is very clean and nicely updated. The beds were very comfortable and my daughter commented that the shower was the best one she has had since moving into the dorm!
One thing to note if you are a light sleeper (or require silence at night)....The town of Hamilton has a very active train track and there are definitely train whistles that can be heard at night.
Overall, It was a fabulous location close to many great "big box" shopping spots...Kroger, Walmart, Lowes, etc (and my daughter's new favorite chicken restaurant... Canes...being from GA we are use to Chick-Fil-A!).
We would definitely stay here again!
