Loved the upstairs living room. Tons of space. Didn’t have a smart tv upstairs, but that may have been operator error.
Pool is not big enough for 4 adults and 3 kids.

The new pool area was nice but the rest of the property was run down. Local management was difficult to reach and some amenities listed were missing. We had late check in since the property wasn't cleaned yet, but nothing offered to compensate us for the inconvenience. Those we interacted with were very nice, but the overall experience was less than average. We love IRB and the location of this property was great for dining and accessing the beach.

Pictures are not what they seem. Pool is not much bigger than a hot tub and dirty. Home is pretty much out of spec to pass any kind of inspection,communication not good at all in the evening, internet goes out every night after ten

The location was amazing, on the canal, short walk to the beach. But the place needs some TLC- shows curtains rusty, hot water in kitchen was not hot even using the trick suggested. The overhead light and ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms did not work.It would be an amazing place if it was maintained properly.

Neighbors are not happy we are renting!!! Loved having two separate levels!!! Good space for family! Quiet neighborhood! Everywhere we wanted to go was easily reached!!!! Got to finally see a dolphin the last day!!! That was exciting!!!

Good fishing off of dock and proximity to beach access

This place was very nice and convenient 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was nice for the kids to have a place to play at the house. We had 2 families stay there and it was nice to have our own living space upstairs and downstairs. We had our freezer on the fridge leak because of the drain freezing up and they had maintenance there very quickly.

We had a group of 8 and the house fit everyone nicely! Having the extra living room upstairs was great for taking a break. The location was walking distance to the beach and the canal was perfect for paddle boarding. The town is very cute with excellent food. We will definitely be back.

This home is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room, very clean, and well maintained with modern decor. It's a nice place away from the noise but yet close enough to enjoy the gorgeous beach! Very convenient location.

We had a marvelous time at this VRBO. We loved the location and the easy walk to the beach. The wagon, beach chairs and cooler were perfect to walk to the beach with. We did replace 2 umbrellas as they easily break in the wind. We hope these new ones hold up for the next renters. The beds were very comfortable and the evenings very quiet making it easy to sleep soundly. We would love to come back!

Awesome quiet location with great access to the beach
We had a marvelous time at this VRBO. We loved the location and the easy walk to the beach. The wagon, beach chairs and cooler were perfect to walk to the beach with. We did replace 2 umbrellas as they easily break in the wind. We hope these new ones hold up for the next renters. The beds were very comfortable and the evenings very quiet making it easy to sleep soundly. We would love to come back!

The pool is very small and was dirty upon arrival. There were roaches and mouse feces found throughout the inside of the home. We canceled our stay and requested our money back. Turnkey was receptive and easy to work with. I would rent a property from turnkey because of their communication. I would not rent this property.

We enjoyed staying here on our visit to IRB. The house was perfect for 2 families and we really enjoyed the pool. The beach was a 4 minute walk and the house had everything we needed for trips to the beach-wagon, umbrellas, chairs and sand toys but no cooler though. We grilled out one night and a little better grill would have been nice. The kids enjoyed the Kooky Coconut next to the beach everyday! We loved the area and the beach-way more low key and not as crowded as other beaches near by.

Be Cautious

We had a great time at this waterfront property. The house was well equipped for family dinners, within walking distance of the beach and has a private pool. The pool is quite small but very refreshing. If traveling with small children, be mindful the dock is exposed to the water. All 10 adults watched the 11mo old like a hawk until we invested in a play pen for our trip. The house comes with extras like a baby seat and pack n play plus bunk beds and video games for the older kids. Great location, beautiful views, comfy beds!

Great location and great beach!

There were only 2 lounge chairs In the outside area, but we improvised and used some of the beach chairs provided. An outdoor dining table would be great outside as well. Being on the bay was great, with a beautiful view, but the water level fluctuates significantly, so it was hard to put in paddle boards we had brought - maybe a ladder or loading steps could be added. The sunroom was a nice option! The upstairs living space had a musty smell, most likely from the carpet getting wet and needing replaced. The rental could use more washcloths, dish rags and some mixing bowls in the kitchen for use by guests. The walk to the beach was about 2 blocks, with beach chairs, games and accessories provided in the front closet - the wagon provided was great for transporting beach chairs. Overall, this is a great rental in a great location, with beautiful, peaceful views of the bay. It could just use some updates and additional stocking of basics for use.

This property was good fit for our family of 8 adults on a 70th birthday celebration trip for our dad. The location was convenient to the beach, stores, and other activities. The on-site pool was also nice. The layout of the house was adequate and as advertised. Since one of the full bathrooms is in the master suite, the other 6 guests only have the other full bathroom for showering needs, although there is an additional half bathroom. The upper family room is a great space, but unfortunately we had some technical issues with that TV, so we spent most of our indoor time in the lower (smaller) living room. Two of my younger siblings are tech-savvy millennials, and they were not able to troubleshoot the TV either. The grill was not clean, not in good overall condition, and we had to get our own propane. The property was nicely stocked with starter toiletries, cleaning supplies, and basic dry kitchen goods. We would suggest having more dishes and serving bowls/platters so as not to have to run the (very slow) dishwasher constantly. With some attention to these minor above issues, this could be a 5-star experience. All said, we had a great time and would consider staying here again.

Family spring trip
We had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful, well stocked with everything you should need or want. We loved the comfortable beds and the fact that they had ample quality bedding. The pool was terrific and warm and there was lots of pool and beach supplies and it’s a easy walk. We spent a lot of time on the dock and there are 2 fishing poles in the house and we brought some of our own gear as well. We went on line and bought a license. My son and I had a lot of fun fishing right off the dock!
One of my favorite things about this place is the area. It’s a close walk to shopping and dining....as well as just a few blocks to the beach.
the neighbors don’t seem very tolerant of noise. No noise is not supposed to reach the neighbors house which is literally feet from the
pool even during the day.

The heated pool was great in the evening and the dock was wonderful for morning coffee. It is easy walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and to the beach.
There is an upstairs common area and downstairs common area which was great for the range of teenagers we had. We definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful Visit - can't wait to come back
The house was exactly as described - wonderful beach accessories. The pool and dock area were perfect for fishing and relaxing after a short walk to the beach. The house layout accommodated our family (2 adults and 3 teenagers) with plenty of space. A must rent if you are staying in Indian Rocks Beach

We had a wonderful experience at our vacation rental. The house was beautiful and very well taken care of. It was more like staying at a luxury hotel. Everything we needed was provided. The house was very clean with plenty of room for our group. The views from the back are wonderful. Lots of wildlife and we even saw a dolphin in the canal. We definitely want to stay again.
