Great host! Great property! Great stay!

The property is in a good location and is suitable for a group, however there were major letdowns. The property simply was not clean, Fridge and kitchen appliances dirty, floors full of sand, closets full of clutter and virtually unusable, outside chairs so dirty you did not want to sit on them and an outdoor grill (BBQ) that had never been cleaned and full of grease. We spent the first 2 days cleaning the property, washing the outside seat covers, clearing out the closets so you could use them and clearing the clutter in the garage. The owner did contact after 2 days and was told of the issues, but all we got was sorry we will get it right for the next renters. Not what you want to hear when you have paid 5k plus for the month. We were aware it was pet friendly and had no issue with this, but this went beyond a few pet hairs. Photos were provided. We were also promised visits from the pool man, none transpired, so we did not use the hot tub. This house could be a great property in a good location, if a bit of attention introduced and a rigorous cleaning regime applied, and hopefully the owners will take notice. The whole house needs de cluttering of old lamps, tables, microwaves, chairs that were in the closets and garage. We come to the area every year for 2 months, I think it says a lot when we have already booked a different property for next year.

Property was exactly as described and in pictures. We had a great time. Neighborhood is quiet and only a block from the beach. Becky was an excellent hostess and even gave suggestions of places to visit nearby. Overall great experience.

We absolutely loved staying here. Becky, the host is so nice and was very accommodating. Everything about our stay was outstanding. We will definitely stay here again next year.

We truly enjoyed our month at this house! So comfortable and great location. We rented a 4 person golf cart to use all month and made almost daily trips down the street to the beach. Highly recommend this place and Becky was GREAT to work with!! Plan to book again!!

The owner, Becky, has created a lovely, serene atmosphere. The decor accentuated the seaside feel. The home was actually more spacious than expected. It was a great place to relax and enjoy a perfect getaway. The hot tub and fenced yard were an added bonus. The host was very nice and easily accessible.
