Great place to stay with our family. Very clean and well stocked! We loved our time here, the ease of check in and check out, and the great location. Would highly recommend to others looking for a quiet clean place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this San Diego townhome! The check-in and checkout process were a breeze, and the house was clean and exactly as described. The staff was helpful and attentive, following up on everything. Highly recommend!

I loved a few things about this property! First the property owners were amazing. Second the house was so clean. I love the fact that they don’t allow back to back stays to ensure the house gets cleaned properly. Everything you need for your beach day is provided. The house is in a great location! A high chair and pack n play are provided if you have little ones. The checkout process is so easy, the property owners just want you to enjoy your vacation.

The condo was wonderful. The rooms were nice and the master bedroom was very spacious. Our family loved it. We especially liked the walking trail close by and the close access to the beach. I would like to stay there again.

I just wasn't to say thank you so much for the stay. We had a great time. Condo was so close to literally everything. Place looks way better than the pics it was so bright and homey. Everything we needed was there. The owners were very helpful. Easy process. Hopefully we will be back to San Diego. Thank you so much Beautiful

The Bayside Landing property is modern and well kept. The unit has an open 1st floor with 4 bedrooms upstairs. It was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for us: 5 minutes from Imperial Beach pier, 15 minutes to Coronado, 30 minutes to downtown. The hosts checked in several times to make sure all was well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I and 6 of our children stayed in this beautiful home. We have rented many vacation homes over the past several years and this one was our best experience we have had with the host. Nataliya and Harold were very personable and prompt in responding to any questions I had. Nataliya sent a personal text prior to my arrival introducing herself and asking if I had any questions. We cook most of our meals at home and we had all the proper cooking pans, utensils and appliances we needed. During our stay I realized it would be helpful to have a griddle and I simply asked if there was one available. Harold delivered one within 30min of me asking! The extra beach chairs were so helpful and my kids loved using them! My youngest son was learning to boogie board and it turned out there was a new smaller boogie board available in the garage that was his perfect size instead of the large boards we had brought. Silver stand beach was a quick 5 min drive… Coronado beach was only 10min drive. There is a perfect bike/running path right next to this condo that was perfect for morning jogs/walks and leads you right to silver strand beach (3.5 mile jog). This house was very clean with attention to details. I highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at this property, and as usual, everything was fantastic. The owners of the property are always quick to communicate, and are very generous. The property was very clean and had plenty of space for our family, which is one reason why we love this place. Also, if you’re in for some really great Mexican food, we loved walking over to Don Ponchos just down the street. Thank you and we hope to be back again.

This townhouse was just the right fit for all of us. It was easy to get to Coronado and South San Diego from here. The host's were very accommodating and accessible if we needed them. We would gladly stay here again if we are ever in Imperial Beach again.

We had the opportunity to come out for a few days to visit with our son who lives in Imperial Beach. Instead of choosing a hotel for the 3 of us, we decided to see what was out there for a short term rental and lucked out in renting this great townhouse. Not only was it in a perfect location, convenient to everything, it was immaculate and offered plenty of room for 3 adults. Something also to note, the development was quiet, both during the day and night. The property backs up to the bike path/marsh refuge which offers the bike path and wildlife refuge paths. The owners were excellent and made everything easy. They stayed connected during the time leading up to our stay and then checked in to ensure that we had everything we needed. If you have the opportunity to get out to this area, this owner and property are a must rent! Thank you Nataliya and Harold for a lovely place to stay.

Harold & Nataliya are very kind people. They have a nice, clean property in a a good location.

This is our second time staying at this property. The 4 bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and we love the location! It’s only 10-12 to Coronado beach and shops, only 20ish minutes to downtown and Balboa Park. Less than 30 min to Sea World. We also really love the walking path right out the front door that goes along the riparian marsh area of the bay. There’s all sorts of beautiful flowers, birds and wildlife to enjoy. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked for all our needs as a large family. They even provided a few toiletries like toothbrushes, toothpaste and shampoo in case you forgot something. We will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at a number of rental properties, and this one has been excepptional! This townhome in Imperial Beach is perfect for a family gathering, complete with everything you'd need if there's a baby on board! So convenient to beaches and Coronado. Nataliya & Harold are gracious hosts who will go out of their way to make you comfortable in their lovely home. We will be back!

We loved our stay! The place was clean, organized, and ready to go! Lots of room with all of the amenities we would need! A big perk is the location - very easy to access!

What a great find in Imperial Beach. Four bedrooms and lots of elbow room. Plenty of space for our large family gathering. Location is great only minutes to the beach and a quick jump to Coronado & San Diego. The hosts were very responsive and provided a fully stocked home. Thank you!

Had great time staying at Nataliya and Harold’s place. The townhouse was sparkling clean with all essentials in order. Nataliya made check in so easy. The walking trail was a great bonus. Definitely recommend the place if you are planning a trip to Imperial Beach or San Diego.

Great hosts! Beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very thoughtful. Very clean and the kitchen has all the utensils you will need to cook meals. Beach chairs and towels are there too. This is on our list of places to stay. Oh and shopping as well as restaurants are all within walking distance. Love....love this place.

We had an excellent stay from start to finish. Check in was easy and we had such amazing service from Nataliya. She was such a pleasure to work with and made sure we were good throughout our stay. We also had early check in which was a pleasant and appreciated gesture. The location is perfect. Close to the Imperial Beach strip, Coronado, and San Diego. The house was equipped with everything our large group needed including a well stocked kitchen. The place was spacious and the beds were very comfortable which was also a huge plus. This townhouse was great!!! Before even checking in the owners were so helpful, hospitable and easy to communicate with. The townhouse was very clean and spacious. We had 6 adults and 2 kids staying there comfortably. Close to airport, beach, walking trails and plenty of decent restaurants. The trolley station is not far either and was very convenient to avoid traffic when we ventured south to Mexico and north to Old Town. An absolute bargain compared to other options in the area. We travel to the area often to visit friends and family and I will always be checking availability on this place for future stays. Thank you Nataliya and Harold!!

The house was neat and had all the equipments required. We stayed with a group of 7 and there were enough rooms and beds to confortably hold us all. Would highly recommend Nataliya and Harold's place if you are looking to stay somewhere in San Diego for a very large group.

This was our first VRBO experience and it was great! Owner was very tentative and checked in with us regularly, even bringing us a crockpot when we inquired about it.

Neighborhood seemed safe. Property was clean. Beds fairly comfortable. Easy access to Coronado Island. Hosts responded quickly to any concerns.

This vrbo was spacious and well kept. The location was great with access to Interstate 5, downtown Imperial Beach, groceries, and outlet shopping. Natalyia, our host frequently communicated with us , checking to see if we needed anything. It was a bonus that we were able to check in early. THANKS for that.
