Everything was easy and clean. Great location for town and to visit other areas of Colorado. Such as Co.Sprgs. And Estes Park. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint is the upstairs bedroom has a King in a small room. And my friend kept hitting the side and ended up with several bruises from the foot end of the bed. And having a reading light would have been nice to be able to read in bed. Other wise, I would not hesitate to stay there again!!! Thank you for having this available!

The host was quite welcoming. The beds are AMAZING!The living room is small but cozy.Very convenient to town and Coors. There is no storage in the upstairs bedrooms. There are a few issues I strongly recommend they fix:The upstairs bathroom fan is extremely loud, probably around 40 decibels. A low sone fan is needed. The shower window is sealed with scotch tape, very strange.
