Thanks to unforseen circumstances, what was supposed to be a family gathering spot for the first WVU home game ended up being a big place for just my boyfriend and I.
It was very clean, easy to find, and nice for parking.
I do recommend keeping little ones or less stable people (... uh, me...) off the steps in the house. That last step krept up on me in the dark and my knees carry the battle wounds.
But, overall, a very nice place!

This was our second stay for our son’s dorm move in. Property is in a great location with plenty of room to spread out. Property manager is easily accessible and prompt to answer any questions we had.

We stayed for our daughters graduation. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. It was also very close to campus making it easy to go back and forth during our weekend stay. Would definitely stay again if we visit in the future for football, or whatever.

The property was exactly what we needed: A comfortable place relatively close to campus. Kitchen amenities were basic but we were not looking to cook. Neighbors were friendly. Ample room to spread out after a long day of tailgating and football. We will be back.

The townhouse was very clean and in good condition, and checkin was very easy! The twin mattresses were a little stiff, but that's the only negative I can think of!
