Great location and very helpful staff. There was always hot water for showers and the beds were very comfortable . The cleaning staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble.
The shower system meant that the bathroom floor got wet but it wasn’t a problem and was easily mopped up.

Friendly atmosphere, very welcoming staff, especially Philippe on the bar and Iliana. Close to Elounda, very easy walk. Wonderful views, the sea you could almost jump into from the complex
When it rained there was not a lot of protection from the weather at the bar

This was the 2nd time of staying here, the staff are so helpful and friendly can't do enough for you. I was a bit disappointed with the cleaning service the last time was brilliant but I noticed that the floor was not swept every day with sand still on the floor. I think the apartment's could do with a bit of updating and sunbeds renewed due to staining. But It's a great place to stay. Last thing thank you so much for full filling my request regarding the room 🌞
The standard of cleaning could be better, it wasn't dirty just not to my standard 🤷♀️standards of the gardens could be upgraded.

Difficult to understand how the system worked. Poor house keeping.
