Location was good for convenience, street does have a few sketchy houses. There were a few specific issues which keep us from a five-star review. In the master bath, hair from previous guest was still on the shower wall, residue under the toilet seat, and the window sill had black pieces of what looked like mold scattered on the surface from being opened. One family room chair was broken at the back of the seat, with no advice on that. We didn’t need it, perhaps a previous guest covered the fact. The outdoor rattan furniture had no pads, which required two asks to the Host. Target finally delivered them on our last full day. The kitchen didn’t have the usual Duvet starter package of coffee- fortunately we brought our own. Had we counted on the advertised starter kit we wouldn’t have had coffee for the first morning…

Great space for having a family that likes to move in and around spaces. My father was handicapped so moving on a single level was key for him along with the walk in showers. The park across the street with the basketball court was fun to be able to get some outdoor play in between day planning. The back terrace is smaller than appears on the images but fine to use. Recommend.

Cute place & the communication was great but the Air conditioner went out & the guy who was fixing it stayed until after 3am banging around inside while we were all trying to sleep and still was unable to get it up & going until the next afternoon. Just felt he should have at least asked us if it was ok if he stayed or come back in the morning.
