This property met all our needs on our recent Gulf Shores vacation. Super clean, great location, easy access to the Beach(2-3 min walk) and we really enjoyed the evenings on the balcony and the dock in the lagoon. We had no problems with communication from Beachball properties on entering the property or the rules for check in or out. We appreciated there was just a short list of rules(basic things that make sense) we have stayed other places with way to many things asked of the people staying for vacation). As an fyi for other people considering renting there is a storage area under the property that does have some basic beach things like chairs, sand toys ect but you will need other things like umbrella(s) for example. There were 2 boogey boards there but they were broken but we had purchased one beforehand and did not have room to take it home so we left that in the storage for other renters(hopefully someone else can use it!) We would book the property again in a heartbeat as it met our needs and was exactly as described. A for this property and experience
