We absolutely loved staying in this house. It was beautiful, very well equipped, super well located and dog friendly. We really enjoyed the pool and the bbq. The short walk to the beach was absolutely beautiful! We look forward to staying there again next year!

19 Sea Lane was perfect for our week in Hilton Head. The home had plenty of room for my family. It was just a short walk to the beach. Island Time was very easy to work with and was responsive to any of our needs!

We attended a pickleball tournament in Palmetto Dunes and this home was in a perfect location to the courts and beach. The home was clean, well equipped, comfortable and convenient. We are not used to renting pet friendly homes without any odor, but this one was odor free and no signs of previous pets. We will definitely stay with this company and in this home again.

The house is great. It had everything we needed for our vacation of 8 adults with 2 small dogs. The house was very clean. The pool was a must have and the surrounding trees made you feel like you could have been in the tropics!The beds were very comfortable as was the living space. 5 minute walk to the beach. Recommend renting bikes, this was a big plus when riding to the pickle ball courts. The free shuttle bus was very handy and easy to use. Highly recommend the Poseidon Restaurant-dueling piano night entertainment.

House was nice. But had a few issues. We paid for the hot tub but wasn’t working when we got there. Took 24 hours before it was fixed. I feel I should be reimbursed for a dayThe floor in the dining area was very slippery. My grandchildren fell 3 times. They did come and put a rug down Ever time we ran the washer there was a terrible smellThe toilet in one of the bathroom room would make sounds was it was flashedThere was someone that came out to address the issues But paying what we paid there should not have be these problems Also there was a broken lampIt was replaced But under my understanding someone should come out before we move on and check these things.Someone isn’t doing there job

We had this house for a week and what a wonderful experience. This house has everything you need Keurig and Drip coffee, extra pillows and blankets. Pool and yard toys in the garage. Golf course behind you but the trees give you the privacy you need. The back porch, table and chairs outside... couldn't have been better. A shout out to Haleigh at Island Time who got us this house at the last minute. She is so helpful.

The house was in a great location and neighborhood, with a really nice layout. Unfortunately the house was filthy and horribly maintained. For the money we were charged this should not have been the case. The trash cans full. Three of the bathroom sinks were clogged as well as one of the bathtubs making these unusable. I called Island Time and they said they would send someone to address these issues, but the only thing they addressed was having the trash emptied. They never sent anyone to help with the plumbing issues or cleanliness. We noticed that there were squirrels or something in the attic running around some nights as well as finding and killing about three roaches. We noticed roach traps set in some rooms. It was extremely disappointing. The pool and spa area were nice but the yard hasn’t been raked in years from the looks of it. I believe a partial refund is in order truthfully. This is the same message I sent Island Time and haven’t heard anything back from them. Thank you for your time.

I appreciated the attentiveness of the property management. Haleigh and her team were very responsive. This house could use some TLC but it served the purpose. There are a few things that should be addressed before the next renter arrives. * The front and rear doors need to be cleaned* Spray/treat the interior as well as exterior of the house for roaches, spiders, ants, and such like* The oven does not properly heat* The ice maker still does not work* The porch could use a fresh staining* The sitting area off of the master suite is simply not inviting. The furniture should be replaced.* The lower area of the porch railings along show rust* The landscaping longs for a fresh look (i.e., cutting grass, trimming trees, palms, and bushes, raking leaves)* The grill needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Also, the push button igniter does not work. The burners had to be lit directly. Most likely the igniter is clogged because the casing of the grill has caked on grease and debris.

Nice location, but the house was not clean.
Kitchen was filthy. We found food on most of the dishes and silverware. Had to wash everything before we used it. Found cockroaches (live and dead) in one of the beds. Responsiveness of Island Time Hilton Head was terrible.
Completely dissatisfied with the condition of the house and customer service. Will not use Island Time ever again.

We loved staying at 19 Sea Lane. The house was clean, had an open floor plan and plenty of room for our family. The walk to the beach was a 10 minute shady walk. The home was equipped with all the amenities. Also loved having the pool to come back to from the beach. Would highly recommend this home for others looking for a 5 bedroom home.

We loved staying at 19 Sea Lane. The house was clean, had an open floor plan and plenty of room for our family. The walk to the beach was a 10 minute shady walk. The home was equipped with all the amenities. Also loved having the pool to come back to from the beach. Would highly recommend this home for others looking for a 5 bedroom home.

The interior house was clean, beds comfortable and location was convenient though some of the dishes were chipped, the decor pillows ripped and lightbulbs were out. We did enjoy cooking as the kitchen was large enough for making a meal for a large group although the house slept 11 and had table seating for only 6 people. Our main issue was the outdoor space. The outdoor pool, floats and furniture were dirty and covered in mold though we paid a large usage fee for the pool and hot tub. We looked up property and saw it was just purchased. We would recommend this property but hope the management company pays a bit more attention to detail to the outside pool area prior to the next rental.

Great visit
Property was great. Would have liked to use garage to store our beach gear. Back deck could use some sort of cover or converted to a screened in porch. Deck floor could be updated. Screws used instead of nails.

The only comment would be that the kitchen chairs are in need of some repair although there were plenty of chairs to fit a large family. And the management company did respond when we identified the issue. However, when we stayed in the area previously - we dealt with a different management company. When we compare the two management companies - there was much better communication and information provided by Hilton Head Properties. As were not satisfied with the beach chairs and umbrellas left for us on Saturday, we separately contracted with Shore Beach Service for set up of beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach each day (beach spot 87 on map) which turned out for us to be the best option - not having to cart broken chairs and umbrellas to the beach each day. Pricier but in end worth the price for us.
