Great pool, was fun to have access to. If you are tall you will enjoy the shower on the first floor, don't bother with the top floor. Beds were very comfortable and house was clean. Its a bit older but had everything we needed. We would stay again if/when we are in town again.

Very impressed with this older renovated house, big pool that brought our families together. there was lots of room in the house, any issues we ran into the manager was quick to respond. I could see us staying there again one day.

Two families (10-total) shared this home and it was a perfect amount of space. Access to the pool provided an outdoor area for people to hang out, so you never felt like you were walking all over each other inside. Even then, there was plenty of space inside the home for food prep, eating, and lounging. We had zero issues and would consider this home again for future visits to CDA.
This home was appealing to us because of the pool which was good entertainment for the kids (aged 5-13). It was very close to the lake, and we took advantage of the public parking adjacent to the park/lake. This provided opportunities for swimming, sunning, and walking around the resort and downtown.
For those going to Silverwood, the home provides easy access to Hwy 95.
We chose this home for many appealing reasons and it did not disappoint : )

I flew in from Seattle to meet my 2 friends who live in Idaho and Montana. The place was perfect for our weekend getaway. We spent most of our time out by the pool and they have pool toys and enough beach towels for a small army. The pool area has its own bathroom so you don't have to get the main house all wet. The location was a 5 min drive to Lake Couer d'Alene resort.
Note: The Kitchen doesn't have ziplock bags, saran wrap, or aluminum foil so plan to bring your own for leftovers. There is a spice rack, tea box, and coffee.

We booked this house for a trip to Silverwood and enjoyed the house as much as the rollercoasters and waterslides. Lots of room, comfortable beds, and an amazing pool area. Didn't use the kitchen much since we were grilling by the pool mostly but it had everything we needed.

We had a large group for a weekend event in CDA. We were fortunate to find this house that had enough room for everyone to stay together. Large enough that everyone had their own space and no one felt cramped. And amenities that made it feel like a true vacation. If we have the same event next year, we'll this property will be first on our list. Thanks for letting us use your home!

Very clean & easily accessible property.
Pros:
-Clean; modern decor
-Nice pool/patio area with convenient pool house restroom
-Adequate living room/rec room/dining spaces for multiple families
-Close to stores, gas & Silverwood Theme Park
Cons:
-Front door was not accessible as there is an issue with the deadbolt not releasing & the door needing to be slammed shut; not a big issue as we just used the back door.
-Beds need replacing. Bunk bed is VERY unsafe. 10-year-old had to remove mattress to the floor as unstable. Previous comments state bolts were tightened; bed needs to be replaced.
-Trundle bed is broken & when bottom mattress is pulled out; the slots of the twin do not hold while sleeping & continually fall through. Again, had to put mattress on the floor. King beds are fine if you like hard mattresses.
Overall, nice property but would prefer better sleeping situation for the price.

For our needs.
Fit all our needs. The pool was great. Kids spent everyday in it. The few problems we had where promptly addressed. The water and ice machine in the refrigerator aren’t hooked up, so bring your own. Lots of space to spread out. Great location. Would stay again.

CDA Mill St Home with in ground swimming pool.
Property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The only issue we had that there was no shade by the swimming pool it would be nice to have some umbrellas or some kind of shade by the pool area. We were also asked to do a load of wash at night which we had no problem with but they only left one detergent pod, if there were more we would’ve done multiple loads before we left.
Overall the place was amazing the grandkids loved the pool we would definitely stay again especially if they’re is shade outside.

We liked the property overall. My one concern was the quality of the bedroom furniture. The bunkbed wobbled so much that we put the mattress on the floor. In the other room the twin bed over the other twin bed was just as shaky and unsafe. Either tighten the screws or get new beds in kids rooms.

This house was the perfect place for our family of 11. It was close to so many places like grocery stores, parks, and main roads to other activities. Our family loved how spacious it was. The breeze way was a great place to relax and the pool was a exceptional area for our younger ones.

Great stay at a great location
It was our first time in Coeur D'Alene, but this property was within minutes from everything we were looking for. We had great communication with the hosts and would happily go back for our next vacation.

Great place, size, layout, and furniture. One of the kind beds had an obviously dirty duvet cover (crusty body fluids). Otherwise house was immaculate. ‘Heated pool’ was not open as the listing stated, even though our stay was in May. The kids were very disappointed. The ‘charcoal grill’ was also not charcoal, but was a propane grill with no propane tank. So we had to make 2 different trips to the store to get the right supplies because of misinformation. Besides the frustration and disappointment of some bad details, the house itself is nice and comfortable.
